The agency will process applications and shortlist candidates for interview. Final interview will be conducted by BVM. BVM will not solicit or entertain direct application from any candidate for recruitment against positions that have been offered to empanelled agencies for hiring. General Conditions Eligibility and other details regarding positions can be seen in detail in the Job Description. The recruitment will be done on contractual basis for a period of 11 months. Contract Renewal may be considered based on employee performance, will be discretionary and subject to terms and conditions of Bihar Vikas Mission. However, contract renewal is not a right. Decision of BVM will be final and binding on the candidate. The Mission reserves the right to cancel any or all positions mentioned, without assigning reasons.

5 Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. All original certificates and other testimonials along with one set of self-attested copy must be carried at the time of interview. No TA/DA will be given by BVM for attending the interview for any position. The benefit of reservation will be admissible to only those applicants who are permanent residents of state of Bihar.
