9 Toyota (Plano, TX) Partnered with Collin College to coordinate and administer candidate pre-assessments Hiring events that have resulted from approximately 900 hires Job postings in Work in Texas Major employer partner for Red White and You

10 Farmer Brothers (Northlake, TX) One-on-One with the HR team to assist with hiring and placement This relationship developed more than 168 job postings in the initial hiring phase, 10 focused hiring events, and continued use of workforce services Over 4,400 contacts were made from the job postings Employer was open to using WSNCT s specialized LinkedIn recruitment strategies developed by a BDL team member Sector Strategy Partner

13 Wise County Hiring Event Partnership with Weatherford College, Decatur EDC, and Bridgeport EDC Developed in response to the Oil and Gas layoffs 1 st Event Details: 30 employers participated Over 200 Job Seekers attended Occurs every April and is held at Weatherford College in Decatur

14 iwork Youth Career Exploration Event- Navarro College Held during the Careers in Texas Week in September Employers and Community Partners exhibited Surrounding ISDs were invited to explore different career options within WSNCT s Targeted Industry sectors Supplemental sessions: Social Media, Self-Promotion and Presentation, and Career Pathways Participants were given Employability Kits

15 Benefit: Increased Engagement in SDF and SSB Activity SDF Incentive Dollars Earned to Date: $85,000 Active SDF Contracts: over $4.3 million Warm handoffs build relationship continuity BDLs have close collaboration with SBDCs on college campuses, which expands the outreach of the SSB Program
