Coaching is all about having someone believe in, challenge, champion and encourage you, about getting valuable feedback, seeing things from new perspectives and setting your sights on new horizons. It is not another 'how to' course, but rather a powerful alliance between two people that produces exceptional results. Coaching provides a space for reflection, quality thinking and strategizing so you can step outside your comfort zone and create magic.

Our coaching is delivered face-to-face and/ or virtually via Zoom, Skype or Phone. No geographical limitations means coaching is available to anyone or any team, no matter where they are. Our Coach Network is one of the most highly credentialed and experienced groups in Australia. All our coaches are International Coach Federation accredited and participate in a Supervision Program. We measure specific leadership competencies, drivers and success factors both pre and post to get a validated benchmark and measure of personal and professional development from coaching (ROI). We are dedicated to making the world a better place by improving the lives of everyone whose path we cross. So our mission is factored into our pricing structure to ensure coaching is accessible to all.
4 Post Coaching Pre Coaching Coaching in Action The Six Seconds Survey of Emotional Intelligence (SEI) is an effective and scientifically rigorous measure of Emotional Intelligence (EQ). Our skilled network of Executive Coaches are experts at elevating leadership capability within a very short timeframe using the SEI and their brain based coaching expertise. Coaching themes and highlights The leader was struggling to exercise optimism throughout a period of uncertainty Their strong ability to apply consequential thinking (a cost benefit analysis) coupled with their low optimism meant they were struggling to make effective decisions (pessimistic view, with a risk averse attitude) Their most challenged competency was intrinsic motivation, which was having a direct impact on their sense of achievement and satisfaction in life they were very busy but felt they were making little impact Coaching themes and highlights Within a short timeframe there was a significant shift in the leader s EQ competencies An increase in the ability to navigate emotions helped this leader to better regulate emotionally, remain calmer under pressure and foster a culture of trust in the team Both intrinsic motivation and optimism developed to a point where other team members and supervisors noticed a different kind of leader showing up The leader was able to make better decisions and influence grew their team were on board
5 We offer a suite of Executive Coaching Programs to support Leaders and Teams transition from high potential to high performing Our style of Executive Coaching provides leaders with a powerful opportunity to elevate their selfawareness and masterfully create/ embed a new set of personal and professional leadership skills, in order to unlock potential and ultimately improve performance. Leaders work closely with their UBalancer Coach to retrain their brain to think differently, break old habits, challenge limiting beliefs, get clarity around thoughts, create action plans to achieve tasks, improve productivity, think outside the box, explore possibilities and gain the confidence to exceed performance expectations and live the life of their dreams. They will understand how their brain works and learn what patterns and behaviours drive connectivity and trust, and what drives fear and distrust, so they are better able to connect, engage, navigate and co-create with others in healthy, inspiring ways. Through a smart Emotional Intelligence reporting tool, they will develop skills in communication, decision making and influence; they will learn how to best manage their teams, tap into motivation, understand what their strengths are and how they can best utilise them in line with their career goals, KPIs and organisational objectives.
