Introduction Job satisfaction is generally defined as a relationship of satisfaction between job and actual work performance. It is general feeling about that they do work and get satisfaction by others. The Job satisfaction is type of occupational psychology. There are so many factors that contribute to employee satisfaction. These are categories in three dimensions. 1. Organizational factors 2.Enviromental factors 3.Individual factors. Organization factors are link with job profile. They make positive or negative impact on job performance. It is related to salary, promotion, Job stress and recognition etc. Environmental factors are link with internal and external strength and weakness of employee. Sometimes they may not controllable. Like grabbing an opportunity, Change in technology, responsibility load etc. Individual factors are the part of life of employee. The data was collected from 100 teachers of Govt. colleges of Gurugram city. The data was analyzed by SPSS 21 version after coding the data. The job satisfaction was consisted of 16 statements. 3 Limitations of the study This research is confined to Govt. college employees of Gurugram city of Haryana and its focus exploration limited factors of job satisfaction taken from the review. The study conducted only on 100 employees. Analysis Factor analysis was used to reduce a large number of variables into small numbers of factors. Factor analysis extracted maximum common variance from all variables and put them into a common score. PCA is the most common method used by researchers for extracting the maximum variance. PCA puts these variances into the first factor then into second factor after removing the variance explained by first factor and this process goes to the last factor. Factor segmentation was done and is explained through correlation values which are derived from the communalities table. Factor Analysis Factor analysis by principle component method extracted 4 predominant factors which are as follows (Total variance of 16 items= which is greater than the benchmark variance value 60%): i. Pay and Promotions was the first factor that was reduced using the principle component analysis containing 6 items Promotions are based on how well you do your work-0.788, My opinions are considered for College s Committee decision , I am satisfied with the success I have achieved in my career since I have joined the present job , I am satisfied with my Pay , I never think about leaving this College-.654, I am rewarded fairly in my job ii. Working Environment was the second factor that was reduced using the principle component analysis containing 4 items I have many opportunities to improve my skills , Everyday i enjoy my work , I am satisfied with working hours , I can make career advancement in my job iii. Organisational Behaviour was the third factor that was reduced using the principle component analysis containing 2 items My colleagues give respect , I have full knowledge of my job responsibilities 0.762, My College is supportive in developing the careers of its Teachers iv. Job Profile was the fourth factor that was reduced using the principle component analysis containing 2 items I am Interesting to do challenging work , I am satisfied with my work profile The Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin is that scale which is taken by the researcher to measure sampling adequacy. Here this KMO test is which indicate the scale is appropriate and helps in extracting the factors. The ideal measure for this test is KMO is measure than 0.6. Bartlett s test of sphericity resulted in a large value indicates that the variables do not correlate with each other. Using the Eigen Value greater than 1 criterion, 4 factors are formed. KMO and Bartlett's Test Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin Measure of Sampling Adequacy..735 Approx. Chi-Square Bartlett's Test of Sphericity Df 120 Sig..000 Extraction method: PCA 245

The total variance table 1 explains among 4 variables Compensation and Security (first factor) has the highest variance explained % and it is considered to be the most influencing factor of the job satisfaction of the teachers in Govt colleges in Gurugram. There is increase in retention rate when there is satisfaction with respect to compensation and security.
