The Women s Leadership Retreat is a once a year event for emerging and established top talent professional women who want to up-level their leadership game and expand their vision, their contribution and their impact. Women who attend this program accelerate their advancement, maximize their potential and learn new ways to step into their leadership. This is a unique and highly experiential program with a like-minded community and network of aspiring and inspiring women. This is a leading edge professional development program that helps women step into their leadership A-Game with community, connection, and support. Using our unique brand of powerful support and resources, we offer women the community, connection, and network to help them develop their leadership strengths, which differs from the typical leadership development training, coaching, or program initiatives offered in most organizations or external women s events or conferences. The Women s Leadership Retreat is also an opportunity for women to regroup and replenish themselves while developing new plans of action. Our dynamic experts, speakers, and rich programming provide attendees with innovative thinking, information, inspiration, and the resources to help them become their best selves and expand their personal brand of leadership. Women who attend The Retreat are professional businesswomen as well as small business entrepreneurs. 6 SPEAKER BIOGRAPHIES Continued TERRIE LUPBERGER, TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP TRAINER & COACH Terrie is a pioneer in the coaching profession as the past CEO of an international coach training and leadership development company. She helped develop the core coaching competencies being used today as the standard of coaching professionalism worldwide. As a former Board Member of the International Coach Federation, she has managed coach training programs at three Universities, and internationally in Asia and Europe. She is a contributing author to several books on coaching and leading. As an executive, Terrie s career has spanned 25+ years in various management and leadership positions, in both the private and public sectors. She is an executive coach and advisor to leaders and teams worldwide and was the managing partner of an IT consulting firm and a Federal manager overseeing large scale initiatives. She is currently writing a book on the importance of practices to generate greater impact. JENN MORGAN, BRAND MANAGEMENT EXPERT Jenn Morgan is a brand management expert and creative business tactician with 15 years of experience building the corporate brands of companies such as Coca-Cola and Chrysler Jeep, as well as, the personal brands of corporate managers and creative entrepreneurs on the leading edge of their industries. As the co-founder of Radically Distinct, Jenn helps her clients translate ideas into emotionally resonate messages, increase personal and team efficacy and design measurable customer and employee engagement programs. Her clients report greater clarity and increased momentum while working with her to reinvent their brands and bring life to their visions. Jenn is an engaging keynote speaker and business teacher who arouses active participation from her audiences. In her spare time, Jenn works out her confidence muscles as a stand up comedienne and builds her storytelling skills as a member of the Half Sister improvisational theater team. MARY FINLAY Mary was previously the Deputy Chief Information Officer of Partners HealthCare System, Inc. and the Chief Information Officer of Brigham and Women's Hospital. She served as the Chair of the Massachusetts Technology Leadership Council, an association of 500 members, as well as an appointed member of the Governor s Information Technology Advisory Board. Mary currently serves on the Advisory Board for YearUp, as well as the IT Subcommittee of the Board for UMASS Memorial Medical Center. She has been recognized with leadership awards from the Simmons School of Management, CIO magazine, the New England Business and Technology Association, and Babson College.
