Request ergonomic assessments Develop skills to keep their own workload and workspaces under control - e.g. time management What can organisations do? Offer ergonomic assessments Invest in small things to make big impact Plants in the office will help air quality and turn a closed space into something that has a bit more life.

11 Wellbeing In The Workplace Why is wellbeing finally on the agenda? Workplace wellbeing should be considered as a competitive advantage, not just as a misunderstood cliché A wellbeing programme can only truly succeed with leadership buy-in. Currently between 40% and 50% of boards in the UK view wellbeing as a priority Recognising wellbeing as a priority goes hand-in-hand with looking at the culture of an organisation. #PROWellbeing
