5 PREQUALIFICATION CRITERIA FOR ARCHITECTS / STRUCTURAL CONSULTANTS (The Bank may Improve / amend the prequalification Criteria depending upon the response received to the Advertisement) 1. The architects/consultants who have already worked for DENA BANK and having provided their services which are satisfactory as per the Bank s Opinion. 2. For Architects, who have graduate / post graduate Degree / diploma in architecture either from India or abroad and have done considerable extent of work as architect for a period of more than three years. For Structural Consultant, the persons who have graduate/post graduate in Civil Engineering (specialization in Structural Engineering will be preferred) either from India or abroad and have done considerable extent of work as Structural Engineer for a period of more than three years. 3. Membership of Indian Institute of Architects / Council of Architecture / Institution of Engineers for consultancy or any other professionally recognized institutes. M.C.G.M. Registration as Structural Engineer is essential for Structural consultants. 4. Member of any other recognized professional institute. 5. There should not be any adverse performance / financial report about the Applicant. 6. Adequate organizational structure with qualified architects, engineers, specialists and other technical officers and staff along with associates, if any, to supervise & execute work of nature & magnitude given in the respective categories. 7. Reasonable presence for any professional work in Rajasthan State.. 8. Satisfactory execution of at least one job of comparable value of the outer limit in each category, in the past three years under the same name. 9. The criteria for selection as above may be re-fixed / amended by the Bank depending on the response received and Bank s decision in this regard and about the selection / empanelment shall be final. 13 PRE QUALIFICATION CRITERIA FOR CONTRACTORS FOR CIVIL, INTERIOR & ELECTRICAL WORK 1. Average annual financial turnover during the last 3 years, ending 31 st March of the previous year, should be at least 30% of the outer limit given in the respective categories for above works. 2. Experience of having successfully completed similar works in Rajasthan State during last 7 years ending last day of month previous to the date of advertisement should be either of the following:- Three similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the outer limit given in the respective categories for above works. Two similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 50% of the outer limit given in the respective categories for above works. One similar completed work costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of the outer limit given in the respective categories for above works. 3. Adequate organizational structure with qualified engineers, specialists and other technical officers and staff to execute work of nature & magnitude given in the respective categories. 4. Reasonable presence for any professional work in Rajasthan State. 5. For electrical, composite work & maintenance work (wherever electrical work is involved) a qualified electrical engineer / Electrical supervisor with valid electrical license to be engaged for the execution & supervision of work
