1 PRISM SPro Submitting a Candidate Quick Reference Guide PRISM supports a variety of ecommerce transactions between Highmark and its external suppliers. The Spro (Services Procurement) module within PRISM allows the creation of work orders for individual contractors or certain project-based services work. External vendor representatives (or Provider Contacts, in Spro terms) are responsible for proposing candidates in response to Highmark contractor postings. You will be redirected to the page: 4. Highmark vendors must complete the External Security Access Requester form to obtain a userid and password to PRISM. Click on the link located in the upper right hand portion of the screen. 1. Accessing a Requisition from Services Procurement Menu All individuals with the Provider Contact role may access Highmark requisitions and submit candidates from the Supplier Sourcing Review page. However, the requisition will initially be associated with the primary/ default contact designated for your company within Spro. Accessing Highmark Requisitions There are 3 ways to access the Spro requisitions awaiting candidate submittal once you have logged into PRISM. 1. Accessing a Requisition from Worklist Therefore, you should initially include this individual's Spro person ID within the Last Worked on by: field when searching the Supplier Sourcing Review page. However, once you submit a candidate for the requisition, the requisition becomes associated to you, and your Spro user id should be used within the Last Worked on by: field when searching for the requisition. Perform the following to submit a new candidate (e.g. a contractor not yet assigned an Spro contractor ID): i. Check the Submit New Candidate radio button ii. Click the button iii. The New Candidate page is displayed Enter the candidate's First Name and Last Name and click the bottom of the page button at the Contractor's name is populated in the Service Provider field bid is 10% above or below the requisition rate at time of bid submittal 8. Note: when you submit your bid, the contractor s profile will be created and may be accessed via Submit Existing Candidate going forward Understanding Additional Supplier Sourcing Review Page Functionality In addition to providing the ability to submit candidates to Sourced requisitions, the Supplier Sourcing Review 6. Click the Additional Information tab once you have performed a requisition search as per the Viewing Requisition Status section above Perform the following steps to review requisitions from the Supplier Sourcing Review page: 1. Enter the desired search criteria a. Select the appropriate value from the Requisition Status dropdown menu 2. View the information displayed in the columns to the right of the requisition Note: Setting a blank value will encompass all requisition statuses b. Pay careful attention to the userid populated in the Last Worked on by: field. Select a different userid for this field if needed by clicking on the magnifying glass icon 2.
