1 Campaign Integration Manager Location: [Europe & the Middle East] [United Kingdom] Town/City: Position location to be determined by home country of successful candidate where WVI is registered. Category: Advocacy Job Type: Fixed term, Full-time PURPOSE OF POSITION: This position is critical in ensuring the sustainability of the Child Health Now campaign and any future subsequent campaigns within the core business of World Vision, particularly at the field level. This post has two main functions. One being operational, managing the integration of advocacy with World Vision's Programmes and Integrated Ministry, identifying changes required in existing processes, developing new business processes to implement campaigns at the field level and ensuring quality M&E to support the campaigns objectives. The second fuction is to develop tools, provide support and develop capacity of Regional and National Child Health Now Coordinators, ensuring alignment with global strategies and objectives, along with obtaining and utilising local and national level data for external influence and to measure against impact and process objectives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Systems Building, Implementation & Campaign Integration: Work with Programs (IPM/LEAP), particuarly Health and CV&A to ensure Child Health Now is integrated as part of a single National, Regional and ADP health strategy to achieve the CWBTs (seek integration with Gender, Climate Change, HEA, Disability, Christian Commitments, Urban). Work with CVA team and other LLA methods in integrating fully with CHN to ensure local & national CHN strategies are mutually reinforcing, leveraging local, national & regional strategies and evidence for global influence (and vicaversa). Engage with A&JC team functions - Policy, External Relations, Communications, Strategy, External Campaign manager, as appropriate. Page 1/5

2 Coordination, Support and Capacity Development of Regional & National CHN Coordinators: Development & implementation of strategic direction for Campaign Integration. Development and delivery of resources, tools and workshop. Ensure strategic alignemnt of national & regional CHN advocacy strategies and ToC to achieve global objectives. Day to day point of contact for Regional Coordinators. Develop & strengthen the CHN global community. Evidence Building and DM&E: Work with health and CV&A programs team to ensure DM&E systems, structures and indicators for WV campaigns are consistent with and integrated into our broader DM&E work, including Compendium of Indicators, ADAPT, national level strategies and the Community Impact Tracking System. Effective roll out and uptake of DM&E and other tools to measure the campaign's impact and process objectives and ensure information used for external influence and internal communication & reporting. Ensure the campaigns being run are monitored on an ongoing basis and evaluated periodically against the ToC. Ensure the outcomes of the DM&E work feeds back into the strategy development process and influences practices at all levels. Engage with PMIS/Horizons, C4D, Sponsorship 2.0WV Central and other internal information management systems so that information is easily and readily accessable for CHN and broader use. Work with Programs and CVA staff and researchers to gather quantative data that support CHN needs. Page 2/5

3 Work with Comms and Program staff in gathering field driven and documentary stories (qualitative data) that support CHN needs. Staff & Budget Management: Development and oversight of clear workplan, performance agreements and development plans in line with team objectives. Manage and mentor staff and CHN networks as per line responsibilities. Timely and accurate management of the budget. Be available via GTRN and other capacity building functions for mentoring and trainings in areas of specific advocacy and campaigning knowledge. Manage and mentor staff as per line responsibilities. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Required: Degree qualification in relevant area - Masters level desirable. Strategic, analytical, creative, and innovative thinking. A successful track record in working in development for an INGO, with involvement with advocacy and health initiatives. Page 3/5

4 A successful track record of building relationships and delivering programmes and projects. Min 7 years experience in development,dm&e, advocacy and communications; and experience in mentoring and capacity building in these areas. Proven experience in developing and leading innovative sollutions for development & advocacy campaigning. Experience of internal WV systems and processes essential, IPM/LEAP, Horizons, WV Central, CVA, along with strong existing relationships across the WV Partnership. Experience managing people and teams in a cross-culture environment. Preferred: Understanding and previous application of development & Theory of Change methodology. Strong skills and experience in managing relationships and communicating across cultures and disciplines. Understanding and experience of DM&E. Highly organised and self motivated. Understanding of field realities so that systems are useful, realistic and practical. Experience in use of online platforms and mobile phone technology to aid advocacy outcome.s Experience in managing projects and people.
