2 The role of Public Health England in Research, Development & Innovation Our priorities indicate that we want to be known for encouraging evidence-led action with scale and pace to make a significant and sustainable improvement to the public s health. Our approach to research will enable us to do that. 7 Sustain a dialogue about public health research. Our aim is for the dialogue to contribute to a consensus on priorities for future research, addressing needs and making best use of skills, experience, research infrastructure and other resources.
