The firm is seeking a full-time Budget Accountant to work closely with the budget supervisor. The Budget Accountant will be expected to interact professionally with administrative staff and lawyers. This is a non-exempt position and reports to the Budget Supervisor. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Preparation of annual operating budgets. Quarterly analysis of operating expenses including variance write-up and distribution. Monthly update of excel schedules detailing actual expenses. Monthly GL reclassification of expenses. Assist in December year end projects. Assist in handling annual audit requests. Other ad hoc assignments. Compensation is base plus overtime. The firm is seeking a full-time Network Engineer in our New York office. The Network Engineer is responsible for the implementation, support and management of network technologies in a 24x7 business environment. This position reports to the Operations Engineering Supervisor. Build / maintain / upgrade network systems and infrastructure in all firm offices and datacenters (including LAN/WAN devices, WAN accelerators, firewalls, load balancers, etc.) Diagnose and resolve networking issues. Monitor metrics around utilization and capacity and recommend changes as necessary. Provide documentation and train network engineers as well as other IS staff. The firm is seeking a Project Manager to become an integral part of the firm s Information Services department. The Project Manager position is responsible for managing multiple concurrent projects using proven project management tools and techniques. Projects involve any variety of technologies and are often complex, interdepartmental, enterprise-wide and/or high profile. Projects generally address COTS application implementations, process improvements, vendor selection, custom development and system upgrades. The Project Manager works directly with team members from other Information Services (IS) functional groups/business areas, project sponsors and stakeholders. Additionally, the Project Manager will perform project-oriented administrative functions and advanced analysis for senior management where necessary. This position reports to the firm s Project Management Office (PMO) Manager. Overseeing requirements definition and solution design. Developing project work plan and tracking progress against the plan. The firm is seeking a full-time Director of Record and Conflicts Services. The position resides in the firm s New York office and is firm-wide in scope. Occasional travel to the firm s offices outside of New York may be required. This is an exempt position and will report to the General Counsel. Direct the firm s records and conflicts management functions. Oversee new matter intake, including client and conflicts management procedures. Responsible for lifecycle management of electronic and physical records. Develop and execute programs, policies and practices to optimize processes around the collection, organization, retention and retrieval of firm and client records, while minimizing risk and cost. Support the firm s General Counsel in identifying and mitigating risk management issues relative to the new matter intake and records functions. Work with the firm s Practice Managers and Managing Attorney to support firm-wide compliance with guidelines and procedures and, to identify and communicate changing requirements. Work closely with the Director of Global Technology to identify and mitigate risk issues, meet client requirements for data security and promote the use of supporting technology tools. New Matter Intake: o Develop, implement and continually improve the firm s new matter intake procedures, including KYC and conflicts management with a goal to protect the Firm against ethical, business and reputational risks. o Direct and oversee effective conflicts clearance processes to include identification of suitability issues and conflicts of interest in relation to prospective new clients and matters as well as lawyers who join the firm laterally. o Advocate and enforce compliance, keeping the firm, including lawyers, legal support staff and administrative staff, appropriately informed and aware of policies, procedures and developments. o Develop and implement an on-going education program for lawyers to promote awareness and compliance with new matter intake, KYC and conflicts management functions and procedures. o Stay current with practices and new developments in the area of new matter intake, KYC and conflicts management, including but not limited to legal and regulatory developments in the various jurisdictions in which the firm practices. o Manage the New Matter Intake and Conflicts staff. Oversee day to day operations to ensure that conflicts checks are performed timely, accurately and efficiently while minimizing risk. o Assist with selection and adoption of new technologies to support and improve new matter intake, including the KYC and conflicts management functions as necessary. o Frequently interact with lawyers and staff members at various levels.

8 Records Services: o Develop, implement and continually improve records management procedures applying leading information governance practices and methodologies to support the firm s practice groups. Contain risk and adhere to client specific requirements. o Develop, implement and enforce policies and procedures to meet regulatory, ethical, security and privacy requirements for the management of firm and client records. o Oversee use of tools and processes to create and maintain appropriate access controls and disposition of firm and client records. o Together with the firm s knowledge management personnel, oversee the use of records materials in the firm s knowledge management repositories. o Develop and implement an on-going education program for lawyers, legal assistants and secretaries to promote awareness and compliance with records management procedures. o Lead and manage the Records Services staff in their day to day operations. Continually develop Records Services organizational structure, skills and procedures to support firm needs. General: o Continually manage and optimize expenses. Prepare and submit an annual budget. o Stay current with practices and new developments in information governance. o Participate in continuing education, research, networking, and professional and industry organizations to develop, maintain, and advance competencies. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor s degree is required. Familiarity with related disciplines such as information security, privacy, ethical walls and legal holds. Experience in managing new matter intake and records operations with supporting policies, procedures, software applications and information resources. Strong operations management, personnel management and organizational leadership skills. Ability to be an effective communicator and interact with all levels of lawyers and staff members. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Law degree or advanced degree in a relevant information management or business management discipline.
