Creativity, which is the base of Innovation, though earlier touted as hereditary, is now considered as a skill that could be developed. Thus the focus shifts to learning to be innovative to be the winner. Developing its human resource is critical to any country. For a fast developing nation like India, it is all the more significant. With knowledge economy that works well in Service related organisations that forms a large percentage of our economy, preparing the human resources to deliver the best service performance in the changed economy is fully depended on how well the resource is developed.
