FOIL STAMP OPERATOR, 102/126 BOBST BMA 1- Prepare and inspection the machine for safety operation 2- Perform proper initial set up, string up foil, make-ready and run machine with little or no help 3- Identifies different foils, and make-ready for each substrate 4- Troubleshoots issues and executes corrective measures, to maintain quality 5- Understand and maintain proper quality standards with strong attention to detail 6- Read and follow work orders, and fill out daily production logs 7- Follow departmental policies, procedures, work instructions, and follow safety 8- Know how to perform basic maintenance on machine 9- Ability to follow and take instructions directly from Supervisor 10- Wear all PPE (personal protective equipment) when handling all chemicals and solvents 11- Be able to use pallet jacks to move skids DESIRABLE KNOWLEDGE, SKILL and ABILITIES 1- Proficient in reading, speaking, and understating English 2- Have 2yrs experience in some kind of foil stamping 4- Ability to work 12hrs a day 6- Ability to stand, and climb stairs for most of the day 7- Willingness to work as a team in order to do what it takes to provide our customers with

2 DIECUT OPERATOR/THOMPSON 2- Performs proper initial set up, puts diecut board and create spot sheet 3- Determines tonnage for thickness of paper to create a quality cut 4- Moves, changes and replaces rule in die for a better quality 5- Determines and corrects scoring rule and matrix for paper thickness 6- Troubleshoots issues and executes corrective measures, to maintain quality during the run 7- Read and follow orders, and fill out daily production logs 8- Follow departmental policies, procedures, work instructions, and follows safety 9- Knows how perform basic maintenance on machine 10- Follow and take instructions directed by Supervisor 11- Wear all PPE (personal protective equipment) when handling all chemicals and solvents 12- Be able to use pallet jacks to move skids 2- Have 2yrs experience at some kind of die cutting 3- Be able to use and read caliper and ruler 4- Has good mechanical aptitude 5- Ability to work 12hrs a day 6- Ability to work overtime when needed 7- Ability to stand most of day 8- Willingness to work as a team in order to do what it takes to provide our customers with

3 SPOT COATER OPERATOR 2- Performs proper initial set up with correct coatings, screen, squeegee for the job 3- Uses film to check position of spot placement on the sheet 4- Changes mesh in the frames using proper tools to get correct tension on the mesh 5- Changes coatings and proper cleanup of frames at end of each job 6- Troubleshoots issues and executes corrective measures, to maintain quality during the run 7- Read and follow orders, and fill out daily production logs 8- Follow departmental policies, procedures, work instructions, and follows safety 9- Knows how perform basic maintenance on machine 10- Follow and take instructions directed by Supervisor 11- Wear all PPE (personal protective equipment) when handling all chemicals and solvents 12- Be able to use pallet jacks to move skids 2-2yrs experience preferred 4- Ability to work 8hrs a day 6- Ability to stand most of the day and lift up to 40 pounds 7- Willingness to work as a team in order to do what it takes to provide our customers with

6 MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN 1- Uses tools, schematics and machining equipment to restore production machines to working order 2- Makes routine electrical repairs to plant equipment 3- Makes mechanical repairs and adjustments to plant equipment 4- Troubleshoots problems on machines 5- Assists operators in machine setup 6- Makes some replacement parts for machines from drawings and original parts using lathe, milling machine, surface grinder and welder 7- Evaluates and repairs mechanical and minor electrical problems on machines 1- High school diploma or equivalent 2- Working knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical systems 3- Technical school training a plus 4- Organization and planning skills 5- Good verbal communication skills 6- Ability to perform multiple tasks while meeting deadlines 7- Follow-up skills 8- Self-starter and team player
