Applicants must be planning to attend a 2 to 4 year undergraduate degree program majoring in business administration, communications, information technology, or marketing. 2. Applicants must be of diverse, ethnic background and express a financial need. 3. The judging of the scholarship applications will be primarily based on Academics; Extracurricular Activities/Community Involvement; Leadership Ability and Attendance/Punctuality. 4. Students should submit three (3) forms of recommendation from persons other than family members. 5. Students should submit a 500-word essay based on the question: Five (5) years from now how do you plan to use this opportunity? APPLICATION PROCESS Paper application Three (3) forms of recommendation 500-word essay Interview (Fulton Bank) SELECTION/ AWARD PROCESS Candidates will be selected by a committee The committee will consist of 3 representatives from Fulton Bank The finalists will be interviewed by members of Fulton Bank Scholarship winner will be judged on both application as well as interview. A member of the Fulton Financial Corporation Diversity Network will present the award Scholarship will be paid directly to school following verification of acceptance.
