2 Background Eyesec Protection Services (Pty) Ltd is a wholly South African Owned BBEEE Level 3 organisation based in the KZN Midlands. It was established in 2013 by the joining of forces of four powerful and experienced businessmen, each with skill in different areas. They are Tatenda Kahlari, a UKZN graduate experienced in self- services and defence, event security, close protection crowd control, Stephan Scheepers, an experienced operations manager and customer liaison officer, Musa Nsuntsha, a highly regarded Town Planner with special skill in facilitation, workshopping and needs analysis, and Phil Piperis, an MBA graduate with particular experience and skill in business strategy and optimisation, opportunity identification and Information Technology. In combining these four areas of expertise, Eyesec Protection Services has, in a short time, made a name for itself as a security and protection firm that delivers exceptional customer service to each client that engages us. We operate in Kwazulu Natal, and are in the process of expanding our reach to a national level. Our Philosophy At Eyesec, we realise that each client will engage our services to reach a different and unique goal. It is of vital importance to us that we tailor the solution we present as tightly as possible to the requirements of each project, and as such we have identified three key areas at the heart of our ethos towards providing this customer service. Every project we undertake operates with these philosophies in mind, and they are: 1) Exceptional customer service at all points of contact, from engagement to hand-off. This includes commitments to regular and detailed communication, analysis of all aspects of a site so as to deliver a holistic and unobtrusive security solution, and adherence to specific client requirements, legal and professional standards in a way that will enhance the image of the client who has engaged us. 2) Viewing the client as a whole. While protection services are often engaged to perform a set series of duties, Eyesec at all times views its overriding responsibility as one of protection of the client and/or their premises as a whole. This translates into the use of reliable, dependable and well- than trained staff, skilled in identifying and isolating potential incidents pro-actively rather reactively. This results in a smooth and professional image projected on the client s behalf, and minimization and mitigation of all risks. 3) High calibre staffing. At Eyesec, we believe that the presentation and appearance of security staff can make or break a facility. We pride ourselves on the calibre of security staff provided to each site, with individual interviews, continuous education and incentivised staff improvement programs. Wherever possible, Eyesec will look to the local community around the site in question to source staff, as we believe in community development and upliftment as a core philosophy.

We will accomplish this through our unique skillset, passion for the field, deep understanding of human issues within the areas we aid in developing, consistent focus and commitment to the delivery of exceptional service, and strict adherence to all legislative requirements within the industry. Mission Eyesec s Mission is to deliver world-class security, protection and consulting services, during a time of tremendous entrepreneurial growth and change within South Africa. This can be expanded as follows: 1. To contribute to the elevation of South Africa s development and infrastructure to an international level and beyond by enhancing safety, security and professionalism for all clients. 2. Provide services in an efficient, professional and time-sensitive manner to the highest level of excellence 3. Enable growth among our clients by assisting in incorporating security and protection services as a component of a holistic development and growth plan. At Eyesec we feel too many organisations develop expansion plans without appropriate amounts of consideration towards the changing security needs such growth will bring about. BEE Compliance Eyesec Protection Services (PTY) Ltd is a Level 3 BEE certified organisation. Of the four directors in the business, two- are classified as HDI (Historically Disadvantaged Individuals). Directors: Tatenda Kahlari Originally from Zimbabwe, Tatenda completed a Social Sciences degree at the University of Kwazulu Natal, majoring in Environmental Science. Tatenda has worked in the security industry for a decade, and has experience in all major areas of security provision, including close protection, event management and crowd control, staff vetting and threat assessment. Tatenda is the Operations Director for Eyesec Protection Services, where he uses his unique combination of social sciences people skill and advanced security techniques and experience to the benefit of our clients. Musa Nsuntsha Musa is a Professional Town and Regional Planner who holds a Masters Degree in Town Planning from the University of Kwazulu Natal. He is also an expert facilitator, mediator and workshop moderator, and has many years of experience within local government and forestry sectors. He has been involved in a number of projects at both local and provincial government levels, and

4 participates extensively in charitable activities within the greater KZN Area as a respected member of his church. He is fluent in several African Languages, and has a passion for the inclusion of women, the elderly and the youth at all levels of economic development. Musa s primary responsibilities within Eyesec revolve around client liaison and consultation, needs analysis, workshop design and delivery, and presentations. Phillip Piperis Phillip Piperis holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) Degree and a Management Advancement Diploma from the University of Kwazulu Natal, and numerous IT industry certifications from Microsoft, CompTIA and other organisations. Specialising in strategy, information security, operational efficiency and negotiation, Phillip lends his twenty years of business experience to the operations and management of Eyesec Protection Services by aiding clients in refining their goals and requirements, designing strategic plans for Eyesec and their clients, and ensuring each project is conducted in an efficient an optimised manner. Phillip s primary responsibilities within Eyesec revolve around operational strategy, business processes and negotiation. Stephan Scheepers Stephan comes from an Architectural background in the Natal Midlands and has vast experience in this area. He makes use of this skill in designing and assessment of structure s to include the security component that homes and businesses require. Being an entrepreneur in South Africa has made him diverse with client liaison & project management. He is well connected in the SAPS in the midlands and has their full support. Description of Services Eyesec Protection Services prides itself on being a one stop shop for our clients.
