No Section 1: Purpose The Civil Delivery business implements Sydney Water's civil maintenance and renewal works program. It ensures work is delivered in a timely, cost effective and safe manner to customer specifications and satisfaction. The Logistics and Support team manage a variety of functions, including the provision of logistics management services to the Civil Delivery business unit. The pupose of the Logistics Coordinator position is to ensure delivery of timely and effective inventory services to support the Civil Delivery business. This includes the efficient provision of plant, equipment and vehicle servicing and repairs. Policy owner: Manager, Recruitment & Onboarding Page 1 of 6

2 Section 2: Key accountabilities and outcomes/tasks Technical accountabilities * Coordinate and ensure the availability of inventory, plant and equipment for maintenance crews in your respective area * Manage the allocation of inventory/tools and minor plant, ensuring all items are recorded and tracked effectively * Manage the timely and efficient calibration, servicing and inspection requirements of all vehicles, safety equipment, and all plant and equipment in your respective area. 5 outcomes within specified timeframes * Proven experience in analysing information to achieve business outcomes * Excellent communications skills across all levels of the organisation * Experience in contributing to a multi-disciplinary team, including a field based workforce * Experience in a process orientated role requiring strict adherance to set timeframes Additional knowledge and skills Desirable knowledge, skills or experience needed for the position. * Valid drivers licence required * Commitment to obtain a Workcover Construction Induction certificate within 3 months of appointment * Commitment to obtain Loading, Excavator & Forklift competency within 3 months of appointment * Willingness and ability to work outside normal hours, as required * Knowledge of pipes, fittings etc. used in maintenance would be desirable * Knowledge of plant and equipment used in maintenance would be desirable Physical requirements Office Based with some minor duties in the field Description: Works in an office and may have some duties in the field.
