3 Our Story Incorporated in 1976 by Eligio Paris, Ital Florist continues to be family owned and operated. The day-to-day operations are overseen by two of the three family siblings, Italo Paris and Ester Paris Mauro. Over the 40 years of business many things have changed for the one time small flower shop. The staff has increased to a total of 40 of the industry's finest designers, customer service staff and delivery personnel. To service the ever-growing client base, new Point of Sale computer software plus a fully automated telephone system have been integrated. The web site is modified, updated and improved constantly. Ital Florist is extremely proud to be the leading florist in the Greater Toronto Area. With barcoded tracking system and radio dispatched delivery vehicles, covering the largest delivery area of any florist in Toronto and surrounding areas allows us to offer unsurpassed customer service. With over 30 years experience in planning corporate events and weddings both large and small, Ester is a meticulous organizer that pays attention to every detail. Being a certified wedding planner by WPICC, and owning and operating Ital Florist Est. in 1976, a successful family business, Ester has the tools and the know how to get the job done. Her passion and enthusiasm is what her clients love most about her not to mention her ability to meet all of her clients requests. Over the years, Ester has successfully established great relationships with countless vendors that she and her team can count on to execute any size function with any size budget. Her dedication and loyalty to her clients is admirable and the trust they have in her contributes to her outstanding reputation.
