2 Step 1: Update Appointment Change Action Information Click on the following path: Human Resources Personnel Management Administration HR Master Data Personnel Actions 1. Click on 2. 3 The Create Tax screens are always proposed with the BasicTotal Credit Amounts. If the previous Total Credits were other than the basic amount you must reenter the previous Total Credits. If this is not done the employee would be taxed at a higher rate. Also if the employee had Additional Tax amounts that also would have to be updated Create Tax Assignment Screen Populates (0461) All fields will default. 1. Click 2. Click on Save Copy Planned Working Time (0007) Screen Populates Automatically This screen displays the hours, per policy and collective agreement, verify the percentage or change if necessary. Note: The Record of Employment when issued will be based on these hours. The Working Time will be calculated based on the Work Schedule Rule and employment percent. 1. Click or press ENTER 2. Verify the following fields being automatically populated from information entered on Organizational Assignment and Appointment Detail screens (Reason field NOT required for Academics). 2. Verify the percentage based on the Cost Centre / Fund Centre so that the correct portion of the total salary is charged to this account assignment (Verify the information in the line) Change if necessary. 2. 5 Delimit Membership Fees (0057) This process must be done for each membership fee that needs to be delimited. Verify that the record has been delimited with the correct date by displaying the overview screen. The record will have an end date of one day prior to the delimit date. 1. Select the record to be delimited (it will highlight the row) 2. Click on DELIMIT 3. Verify the end date by doing an Overview of Infotype 0057 Step 3: End Funding Source Period for Current Position Click on the following path: Human Resources Personnel Management Administration HR Master Data Maintain 1. Enter/Click on Infotype 9009 Appointment Detail in the Financial Tab 2. Click on the OVERVIEW button 3. Select the record to be ended 4. Click on CHANGE button Change Appointment Details (9009) 1. Enter the last day of department funding where it has for the current position 2. Click SAVE Step 4: Create Funding Source Period for New Position 1. Enter/Click on Infotype 9009 Appointment Detail in the Financial Tab 2. Click on CREATE button 3. Enter the effective dates and end of the transfer (If term enter the end date of the transfer, if continuing leave at ) 4. Enter the new 5. Enter the Pay Scale Group 6. Verify Annual Salary To field 15. Click to SAVE HR Data Verification Report Run the Data Verification Report after each event is completed. This report identifies inaccurate, incomplete or missing employee data. This report provides HRIS users with a tool to verify the entire employee record by checking data on each infotype and by cross-checking data consistency between infotypes Personnel Actions Screen. HR Data Verification Report 1. Click on the HR Data Verification Report Button at the top of the screen 2. To Print the report click on the PRINT icon 3. All errors and warnings should be corrected upon completion of hiring event. 4. Click on the back arrow to return to the Personnel Actions screen. Please notify your Human Resources Personnel Office to update the Insurance Option recorded on IT0168 Pension with the new pension code.
