Position Objective Participate in the day to day delivery and warehouse operations of Kommercial s Business Solutions area including general picking and packing and operating a forklift. 2 Position Responsibilities & Duties Be an active part of Kommercial s Business Solutions team being the public face for the operations and providing exceptional customer service; Driving the Kommercial vehicle and delivering as per the requirements of the day; Actively participate in the day-to-day operations of the warehouse including general picking and packing of products and operating a forklift; Provide a consistently high standard of service; In conjunction with the Production Manager ensure that all deliveries are met within designated timelines; Work with supervisors to ensure that all support needs are met for Supported Employees; Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and adhere to dress standards at all times; Adhere to the Karingal Motor Vehicle Policy; Discuss problems or difficulties encountered during the course of your duties with the Production Manager; Participate in Karingal training and development programs. Occupational Health and Safety Adhere to all safe working practices in accordance with policies, procedures and work instructions; Take reasonable care of self and others who may be affected by one s actions; Report all injuries, accidents, incidents, hazards and near misses to Production Manager. General Display high level of personal integrity and professionalism when representing Karingal; Measurable Outcomes Immediately report any technical faults of plant and equipment to Production Manager. Assist the Production Manager in ensuring that products are ready to be delivered in accordance with customer requests/needs. Implement continuous improvement requests as directed by Production Manager. Assist with the internal audit schedule directed by the Production Manager. Immediately report all injuries, accidents, incidents, hazards and near misses to Production Manager. Adhere to all OH&S policies, procedures and work instructions at all times. Follow Karingal Code of Conduct at all times Other duties as directed by the Production Manager.
