BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE The Business Intelligence Division provides specialist data-driven intelligence and insight to businesses, enabling them to make better decisions faster and gain competitive advantage. The Division provides intelligence to specialist communities in six major vertical markets: Agribusiness, Finance, Industry & Infrastructure, Pharmaceuticals, Telecoms, Media & Technology and Transportation. It has over 100 digital subscription products including leading brands such as Lloyd s List, Citeline, Scrip and Ovum. GLOBAL EXHIBITIONS The Global Exhibitions Division connects groups seeking to develop commercial relationships and expand their business. It organises transaction-oriented Exhibitions that enable specialist communities to meet face to face and conduct business. Global Exhibitions is an international business, running events in all major regions with significant scale in the world s largest Exhibitions market, the US. KNOWLEDGE & NETWORKING The Knowledge & Networking Division organises content-driven events and programmes that provide a platform for communities to meet, network and share knowledge. The Division covers a range of sectors, with a particular focus on large-scale, branded events in three vertical markets: Global Finance, Life Sciences and Telecoms, Media & Technology. 4 ROLE SUMMARY TREASURY ANALYST (RISK) The Treasury Analyst will be responsible for the day to day execution and analysis of the front office activity. It is an exciting opportunity for someone to get excellent front office experience in a global organisation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The Treasury Analyst (Risk) is expected to assume the following key responsibilities: Daily liquidity management Reporting on risk on a daily, weekly and monthly basis Executing FX deals Ensuring that all deals are recorded correctly and information is well documented Dealing with front office queries globally and assisting the business units with queries Ensuring cash across the group is repatriated to treasury Maintenance of the cash flow forecast Maintenance of interest model and explanation of interest charges Maintenance of rating agency models Maintenance of internal WACC model Reporting to senior management on cash and liquidity matters Assisting the Treasury Manager and Deputy Group Treasurer on ad hoc projects PLC 4

5 The ideal applicant will preferably need to demonstrate the following knowledge, skills, abilities and qualifications: KNOWLEDGE AND TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED The candidate must have international Corporate Treasury experience Front office and FX execution experience is desirable but not essential Knowledge and management of liquidity and cash would be an advantage SKILLS AND ABILITIES Candidate must be willing to study towards their AMCT Candidate must be able to demonstrate a proactive and positive approach Candidate must be able to support wider vision of Treasury Candidate must deliver excellent customer service to internal customers Candidate must have an excellent eye for detail Candidate must be able to work well under pressure QUALIFICATIONS Recognised professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIPFA, CIMA) and a track record of continuous professional and management development; FURTHER INFORMATION Informa Full Year 2016 Results Informa About Us PLC 5
