Estimated Cost of Consultancy Service for abovework. Rs 1,00,000/- 5000/ /- Till completion of Project Rs.500/- (Rs. Five hundred only) The tender document can be downloaded and submitted from Govt. of Maharashtra Website till 08/12/2016 up to A.M. only. Terms and conditions for issuing / submission/opening/ Tender form and Execution of work : 1) Payment of Earnest Money deposit should be made online. 2) Tender form, conditions of contract, specifications can be downloaded from the e-tendering portal of Government of Maharashtra i.e. at after entering the details. Payment of blank e- tender form should be paid online using payment gateway. The Cost of

Further information if required regarding the work can be obtained from the above office. 3) The notice and detailed tender notice will form a part of agreement. 4) The right to accept/reject/cancel any or all tenders or relax any condition or document without assigning any reason is reserved by the tender opening committee of MSSC Ltd. Akola. The tender opening committee can relax requirement of any document if required. 5) The tenders should be submitted in two cover system of e-tendering. 6) No secured advance / No mobilization advance will be paid on any material brought at site, during execution of work. 7) No price escalation is applicable. 8) Security Deposit will be refunded after a period of one year from the date of final bill payment, if there is no problem in quality and performance of works. 9) Validity of offer of will be valid for 120 days from the date of opening of E- Tender. 10) After opening of Technical Bids the technically competent committee of MSSCL will verify the actual work done by the tenderers at sites and also the Performance report if required will be asked from the department for the work done. Based on this factual committee report along with other eligibility criteria mentioned in the tender, the technical eligibility will be decided by competent MSSCL authority. 11) The contractors who have delayed any departmental work instead of completing within given time or blacklisted contractor should not apply for e-tendering process. The right is reserved to reject e-tender of such contractor. However, merely submitting e-tender form will not automatically mean that any tenderer is qualified for work. 12) Contractor should take labour insurance for the work at his own cost and same will be paid to him subject to verification of payment proof of labour insurance to Dept., Govt. of Maharashtra.

4 Page 4 of 6 TWO COVER SYSTEM I) Pre-Qualifying documents required for Technical Bid : The tenderer should upload the following documents online compulsorily in below sequence. 1) Tender form cost & Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) :- Earnest Money deposit should be paid online using payment gateway and Scanned copy of Tender form cost and EMD Online Payment Receipt. 2) Experience Letter:- I. For CCTV Surveillance System :- The interested Consultant will have to submit the experience confirming documents regarding the services provided for supply and installation of CCTV Surveillance OR execution of CCTV Surveillance system with supply and installation. 3) PAN Card:- Scanned copy of PAN card. 4) List of technical staff:- The list of technical staff available for required consultancy services with qualification should submitted. 5) Qualification Details of Consultant:- The consultant will have to submit the educational qualification details suitable for supply and installation of CCTV system. 6) List of Similar type works done:- Interested consultant will have to submit the list of similar type of works executed or service provided list in earlier years. If any submitted document found doubtful then tenderer have to generate the original copy of it at MSSCL office on demand. II) Price Bid : - The tenderer should quote his offer on line as per format, at the appropriate place of tender documents, to be submitted online only in price bid section of online procedure. The prices thus quoted shall be firm, free from all escalation, and valid for a period of 120 days from the date of opening of e-tender price bid.

5 Page 5 of 6 Scope of work on the consultant part :- CCTV Surveillance System:- MSSCL has decided to install the CCTV surveillance system with latest NVR system at various seed processing plants, godowns, and offices etc near about 20 locations allover Maharashtra. The CCTV installation has to cover the entire area of seed processing plant, godowns etc. for security purpose. The Consultant will have to work for :- 1. Survey the site, preparing the site plan, drawings with provisions and locations of cameras, NVR and cabling etc. 2. Preparation of Location wise estimate and schedule of CCTV system. 3. Preparation of Tender paper with latest and reliable technical specifications. 4. Evaluation of tender by attending technical bid opening, complying earlier queries questioned by the interested tenderers. Preparation of technical bid comparison for finalizing the eligibility of participated tenderers. 5. Attending the Opening of tender for price bid and verify the L-1 offer for any non-acceptable provisions, conditions claimed by L- tenderer. 6. Attending site for supervision of ongoing CCTV work to verify the quality of work and reporting to MSSCL in writing with respect to quality and specifications of ongoing project work. 7. Ensuring the project work norms to achieve the standard output from CCTV system with submitting the report to MSSCL.

6 Page 6 of 6 Execution of Agreement :- The successful L-1 tenderer will have to execute the agreement on Rs 200/- bond paper to be purchased at tenderers cost. Termination of Agreement:- If the progress of consultancy work is found unsatisfactorily the work allotted will be terminated and accordingly will be informed by letter to concern agency. Settlement of Dispute:- If any Legal issue is a raised, Akola Court will be the jurisdiction irrespective to the L-1 tenderers registered locations.
