Experience Minimum of one and maximum of eight years documented active engagement in commercial real estate as a full-time active practitioner Minimum of five years documented active engagement in commercial real estate as a full-time active practitioner If you are not ready to earn the designation, joining as an SIOR Member Associate is a natural first step.
