4 Key Responsibilities and Tasks Expected Outcomes Inventory Daily maintenance and restocking of inventory goods within NDHB using a scanner Restocking of shelf Picking and packing of all customers orders internal and external and prepare them for dispatched Confirming all pick slips in to Oracle Follow up on stock discrepancies good management and handling of sterile goods Have a full and complete operational knowledge of all imprest & clinical locations within the Hospital with regard to the supply of imprest & clinical inventory Share emergency store maintenance and support High level of performance, function and customer service all customers Carry out stock takes as and when requested Housekeeping To ensure stores is kept clean and tidy at all times Keep Sterile Clean room to the appropriated standards To wear uniforms and safety shoed provided by CS at all times Imprest Stock Management To ensure sufficient stocks are held to meet the needs and demands of the appointed wards and departments To ensure a reasonable stock turn is achieved with the ward and department Imprest supplies To ensure wards and departments stockrooms and shelves/bins are regularly maintained and kept clean and tidy at all times Build and maintain positive relationships with ward staff and ward Managers. Other Adhere to current policy and procedures To attend CS meetings Provide cover for leave and support Stores and Imprest team members by assisting with peak volume workload situations To be part of out of hours stock takes when requested Promote the departments objective of customer service excellence Perform tasks and duties in addition to your core responsibilities as directed by the Supply chain or CS Team Leader Dated: June

Essential is the minimum acceptable level for entry. Preferred indicates the desirable level, but may also expand on the nature, e.g. industry related, level of previous supervisory experience Essential Preferred 3 years secondary school education High School 6 th form certificate Warehousing / Imprest / stock control at least 12 months general stock control experience Electronic Data/Order entry (preferably Oracle system) at least 12 months general data/order entry experience 2-3 years Warehousing and Inventory experience 2-3 years experience using electronic purchasing systems or similar in a Warehouse or Inventory environment 2-3 years experience using Microsoft office especially Excel Sterile Supply or Sterile Stock handling and/or supply - an ability and willingness to learn protocols and best practice procedures appropriate to the handling and/or supply of sterile stock Health, clinical and/or medical experience - an ability and willingness to learn products and supplies pertinent to the health environment 2-3 years experience within the healthcare industry Understanding of customer service and satisfaction - 12 months experience of organisation, people and systems within organisations Dated: June
