If you are applying for a PROSPECTIVE* placement PART A - submit before your placement commences PART B - submit at the conclusion of your placement If you are applying for RETROSPECTIVE* placement PART A - submit all Parts at the same time PART B - submit all Parts at the same time If you completed/will complete your placement at more than one organisation You must complete a separate form for each placement. *for a definition of these terms please refer to the ANU LPE Guidelines How to return this form 1.
