1 JUNE 2018 POSEIDON RELEASE SUMMARY THE POSEIDON RELEASE DELIVERS BIG ENHANCEMENTS TO USER EXPERIENCE, AN OVERHAUL TO THE ABSENCE CALCULATOR FOR VISIBILITY OF ABSENTEEISM, AND SECURITY ENHANCEMENTS FOR BETTER DATA PROTECTION PROCESSES. WORKFORCE EXPERIENCE Improved user experience We ve refreshed the workforce experience interface to a more modern look and feel. The people bar is hidden by default to increase screen space, so your employees can focus on the content they care about. To access the redesigned people directory, you select the directory icon in the top right corner. We ve also made changes to the way the WX service bar works, so menu items do not move on selection. When you choose another menu item to add to the bar, it displays on the end. The WX title is now optional and can be hidden. ATTENDANCE AND LEAVE MANAGEMENT Flexible work schedules Work schedules have been updated so you can now create flexible working patterns, have different hours per day, and shift schedules. Work schedules enable you to define and allocate set working times for your team members. Typically used for hourly paid workers, a work schedule defines working and non-working days and hours. Absence calculator upgrade Refactored for speed, reliability, and configurability, the absence calculator has been rewritten so you can see a true cost of absenteeism across your business. This further expands configuration options for absence rules in different geographies. TALENT ACQUISITION Security enhancements Enhancements to talent acquisition enable you to comply with the requirements of GDPR with ease. Logging into the candidate portal is more secure with IDs extended from 10 to 20 characters. To keep things really simple, IDs are automatically updated when candidates login, with new login credentials sent to their registered address. The recruitment agency portal links are also enhanced to add that extra level of security to ensure candidates who are being screened are protected in-line with the principles of GDPR. Resumes and CVs are sent as links not attachments to reduce the risk of data breaches and storage on local machines. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Policy page clean up For better usability, we ve cleaned up the policy page to remove redundant fields and added handy tool tips for guidance. Performance overview enhancements We ve improved the way performance functionality works so performance management and activities are easier. Available templates are no longer restricted by template format, continuous feedback have been further supported, and performance review periods can be formalized. User creation process We ve introduced an enhanced user creation process, enabling easy control over the profiles that can be assigned during user creation by each level of user. 2 MARCH 2018 ODYSSEY RELEASE SUMMARY THE ODYSSEY RELEASE DELIVERS ENHANCED ONBOARDING EXPERIENCES FOR IMPROVED ENGAGEMENT WITH NEW HIRES BEFORE THEY START, AND NEW TIMESHEET COMMENTS FOR EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AROUND RECORDING WORK HOURS. WORKFORCE EXPERIENCE Enhanced Onboarding Provide your new hires with an engaging onboarding experience between the time they accept your offer and their first day with our enhanced onboarding features. New setting options enable you to create an enhanced experience for new hires by giving them controlled access to WX. You have the ability to identify users who are pre-boarders and introduce a new policy which controls the levels of visibility and access you d like to grant them as hires who are yet to start with your organization. You can include or remove things like the company org chart, Team Member contact details displayed on the people bar, and you can also send targeted communications specific to admin tasks you d like completed, or related company content around values and culture. Your pre-boarders are visible to their line manager but can remain hidden from other Team Members across the business if you choose. ATTENDANCE AND LEAVE MANAGEMENT Timesheets Status indicators have been added to Timesheets to show when they are in draft, submitted or approved. Other indicators about absences, public holidays and comments are displayed in a handy legend which shows what the indicators look like and what they represent for improved usability. Timesheet Comments With this release, managers and employees can add comments to timesheets which is displayed in conversation format to track extra details about work. Benefit from a digital audit trail for extra information around timesheets. Comments can be enabled at two levels; day comments which apply to time entries made for a specific day, and summary comments which apply to a complete timesheet period. Easy-to-use text field comments can be added to completed or in progress timesheets. Timesheet comments can be seen from WX and in the HR Manager portal through the Timesheet Comments Related List. Using this field, you can also report on Timesheet Comments in an efficient manner for more context. PAYROLL, COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Enhanced SSN format validation (US ONLY) Format validation for SSN - US only. The Social Security Number (SSN) field on the Team Member object can be validated at the point of entry in WX and the HR Manager portal. Validation is applied when the Team Member s Work Location is set to a value with the Country set to United States. Validation checks for the correct number format. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION New fields have been added to HCM and Payflow enabling more detailed recording of employee data and closer compatibility with US payroll requirements. 3 DECEMBER 2017 NAUTILUS RELEASE SUMMARY THE NAUTILUS RELEASE DELIVERS IMPROVED VISIBILITY AND CONTROL OF YOUR ENTIRE WORKFORCE, WITH TARGETED AND TAILORED COMMUNICATIONS, CONTINUOUS FEEDBACK MECHANISMS, AND ENHANCED USER EXPERIENCE ACROSS THE SYSTEM. WORKFORCE EXPERIENCE Internal communications enhancements Improve engagement by sending tailored and targeted internal communications to specific groups of people within your organization. Send communications to multiple team members, policy groups (by inclusion or exclusion), multiple cross-functional groups, and even people joining or leaving (by employment start and/or end dates). The targeted capabilities support both Pulse Surveys and employee communications. Pulse surveys Pulse Surveys allows you to send out surveys and capture feedback from employees whenever you need it. This gives you immediate insight into your employees, in a targeted and agile manner. Typically comprising an easy to complete set of questions, pulse surveys can generate valuable employee related data for reporting and analysis. Pulse Surveys are displayed in WX for completion by Team Members. You can include up to open or closed questions, and make the response defined or free text. Provide assistance to respondents with defined help text, send the surveys to targeted audiences for specific feedback, and anonymize responses if you need to meet with compliance policies. ATTENDANCE AND LEAVE MANAGEMENT Enhanced timesheets in WX The Nautilus release brings timesheets to the WX interface, improving the user experience. Enter timesheets from any device at any time to populate preferred schedules. Complete timesheets using start/end time, total time worked, or bill against work allocation, all in a cleaner interface. Create overtime rules to meet company policies and country regulations. PEOPLE MANAGEMENT Enhanced WX Org Chart The Nautilus release significantly improves the Org Chart experience across all devices, including desktop, mobile web browsers, and ios and Android mobile apps. View core details for each team member with a business card display, with the ability to expand the card for further information. View the org chart from the perspective of a particular team member, select the number of hierarchical levels you want to display, and print it out. These enhancements provide a more robust solution for larger organizational structures, perfect for your company as you continue to grow and expand. Cross-department visibility for HR HR managers can transfer employees to teams outside of their respective HR departments. They can also view information about someone who is in another HR department. This is useful if they are considering a transfer between departments, gathering insights about a cross-functional team member, or for other purposes, such as planning. Linking job descriptions to library items: A Job Description Library Item stores the text description of a job; a Job Library Item stores the data fields associated with defined jobs, such as the job title, grade, salary band, and job profile. You can now link these together, which means that a new job description is created automatically when a team member changes job. This is particularly useful when you have a lot of internal moves and promotions, because it saves time creating new descriptions from scratch each time. It also provides a more efficient and accurate approach to managing job descriptions. PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT Performance overview Sage People consolidates key components required for performance assessment in a single, easy-to-digest overview. Access objectives, and review and update them with all the relevant context to hand, such as continuous feedback, providing a highly informative and interactive performance review experience. Continuous performance feedback Replace or enhance the annual performance review process with continuous conversations. Performance Review has been extended to facilitate capture of two-way feedback on an employee s performance throughout a review period. Managers and employees can add comments, actions and goals. Keep it informal, or add a formal check-in process. PAYROLL, COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Benefits enhancements Benefits linked to beneficiaries or dependants now requires the relevant beneficiary or dependant fields to be completed before enrolment in the benefit can be completed. This ensures compliance with local regulations where this information is mandatory. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Other enhancements include the addition of Russian to the language pack, and further fixes. 4 AUGUST 2017 MIRNY RELEASE SUMMARY WITH THE MIRNY RELEASE, SAGE PEOPLE DELIVERS IMPROVEMENTS FOR YOUR WORKFORCE, PROVIDING GREATER VISIBILITY AND SELF-SERVICE FOR EMPLOYEES AND MANAGERS. The Mirny release gives more visibility and control to your workforce. Managers have greater control of key recruitment tasks via self-service. Performance reviews are more efficient, with the ability to define review templates, whilst users have more flexibility when managing objectives and competency reviews. There is also better visibility via WX for vacation data and social feeds for internal communications. WORKFORCE EXPERIENCE Internal communications templates The Mirny release enables an easier and simpler way to incorporate social feeds into your internal communications. You now have the ability to create specific templates for common social feeds used in internal communications, such as Twitter, YouTube and Image Click Through This makes it easier for your administrators to get key internal communications channels up and running quickly and efficiently, which is quicker than using custom HTML. PEOPLE SCIENCE AND ANALYTICS Improved visibility of vacation data With the Mirny release, we ve made it much easier for you to access and view vacation balance data for team members, via a standard WX report. This is achieved by storing basic validation data in Sage People object fields for use by standard reports. Customers previously had to use Payflow or Async packages to fulfil reporting requirements. This information can now also be easily exposed to managers and team members on WX using WX reporting, making the monitoring of vacation balances a breeze. PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT The Mirny release includes a range of improvements for performance review, objectives and competency assessments. This gives more control and visibility to both managers and team members, and a more seamless user experience throughout the process. Performance reviews Mirny allows you to create reusable performance review templates, complete with versioning control. This gives HR and managers a more efficient method for managing multiple performance reviews. This gives HR more control over what fields are included in a PR template for completion in the performance review, and when a template is available for use. HR can also evolve the forms over time without impacting legacy reviews. This expands performance review use cases to allow wider application, including probation reviews on job-specific review templates. You can also add attachments to reviews, and view these as part of the signing and approval processes. Objectives The Mirny release increases the range of permission settings and includes two new statuses for objectives. This provides managers and team members with more flexibility around setting objectives; team members and manager have more control on when they share newly created objectives with other parties; and control over the editing and approval of draft and also active objectives which may evolve over the review period. Competency review There is now an option that enables managers to view other contributing assessments before completing their own. This helps you to ensure you have a complete picture with all the insights you need before completing a competency review. TALENT ACQUISITION Enhancements for hiring mangers With Sage People, you can now take more control of your vacancies with improved self-service access via WX. The Mirny release gives hiring managers the ability to share candidate resumes, invite colleagues to participate in the selection process for applications, and conduct bulk assessments to applications. PLATFORM AND INTEGRATION Improved inbound training data flow With the Mirny release, Sage People now offers the inbound flow of training data via Payflow. This strengthens and improves the integration (via Payflow) with external training systems that you might using, such as Litmos. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Other enhancements include setting foundations for future features being developed in the next voyage and beyond. We are also continuing to test the Salesforce Lightning experience across various packages. The Liemba release enhances the user experience for your entire workforce. Managers can manage teams more efficiently, with improvements to actions in performance management, and the introduction of project or cross-functional team setups. Other updates deliver improvements to the user experience for all employees, including the release of the Android Mobile App, Finally, reporting for internal comms and a pilot for pulse surveys gives you increased workforce visbility and people analytics. PEOPLE MANAGEMENT Groups and teams With Sage People, you can now set up and manage groups of people that don t usually work together in the their day job. Examples include cross functional or project teams, projects. You might use this feature to manage a virtual team of employees and contingent workers (such as freelancers). Any person set up as a team member can be included in a group. You can set up a parent and child relationship (for example, a panel group might oversee several innovation project teams) and add people to more than one group. Group members have visibility of their peers contact details through the people bar, and their availability in the team view absence calendar. What s more, you can take advantage of Sage People reporting capabilities to get insights on groups, just like you would with a standard team. Set up and maintain groups through the HR Manager Portal. Active groups are visible on WX. PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT The Liemba release delivers a number of enhancements to the overall performance management processes, improving how your managers can set up and manage team objectives. Performance reviews We ve improved the way in which you can review, sign off and approve performance reviews, which makes the overall review process easier and quicker for your managers and employees, so that they can spend more time focusing on meaningful conversations instead. Objectives We ve improved the navigation processes for draft objectives, and made it easier for you to manage them.. Objective descriptions and measures now appear in pop-ups for chained objectives, which gives you quick and easy access to the information you need to see. Finally, combine functionality together where you need it, such as editing and confirming, or editing and approving in one action. A further enhancement is to enable a Managers or Team Members to take more control of objectives they have created by providing the ability to delete draft objectives that may on reflection not be valid (before they become active). Competency review The Liemba release gives you the ability to create bulk competency assessments based on a team member profile rather than a generic job profile. This is very useful if you have other people performing a similar role or set of tasks, but hold a different job. For example, you might want to do bulk competency assessments for every team member that is part of a development group you have set up. In addition, Managers can now see team member competency scores before they complete their own assessment, which helps them ensure team alignment. PEOPLE SCIENCE AND ANALYTICS Pulse surveys (pilot) The Liemba release includes the pilot of pulse surveys, which is designed to improve communication and give employees the opportunity to provide quick and relevant feedback. Ask questions and collect data in a quick and easy way, and use this for insightful analysis and reporting to inform business decisions. You can choose to anonymize responses, monitor completion and apply countless dimensions when analyzing the data. We have also included the ability to report on span of control through automation of the Is Manager and Span of Control fields.

6 WORKFORCE EXPERIENCE The Liemba release includes a range of enhancements to improve the overall user experience for all your people, and the way in which they view and interact with the system. Enhanced images in internal comms Improve employee engagement and comms with further image support in WX. It now supports the responsive use of pictures in HR Noticeboards and Internal Comms tiles, for greater visual impact and cultural branding. This means that images in tiles shrink and expand with the browser. Track incomplete internal comms T0 improve the efficiency of internal communications, the system now holds data on who has not viewed or scored an internal communication, or completed a survey. This means that you can get greater insights on employee interactions with internal comms, and identify patterns and actions for improving the impact of future internal communications. This is closely related to pulse surveys, which will also use this functionality to hold data on who has not completed a survey. Change visibility of org charts in WX The Liemba release gives you the ability to close off and hide org charts globally, where required. This feature hides the org chart links in WX, so they still exist, but aren t visible by everyone via self-service. Android mobile app The Android version of the Sage People mobile app is available for general download via the Google Play Mobile App Store from June In addition to the existing functionality and configuration that gives you mobile access to the things you need, all new functionality is also available in both Android and ios apps. Enhanced WX user interface Further updates enhance the user experience for all your employees, including navigation improvements, increased maximum attachment sizes, and the ability to access outstanding actions directly from the default display, giving you one-click access to the important details. 7 FEBRUARY 2017 KON-TIKI RELEASE SUMMARY FAIRSAIL S KON-TIKI RELEASE DELIVERS A RANGE OF IMPROVEMENTS AND FEATURE ENHANCEMENTS ACROSS THE FAIRSAIL PLATFORM AND IS FOCUSED ON IMPROVING THE SELF-SERVICE EXPERIENCE FOR YOUR WORKFORCE. The Kon-Tiki release gives your people the ability to view and manage more details themselves, all of which is accessible instantly and on demand via WX. Users will now be able to access much more via self-service, through the introduction of pre-defined analytical reports, an extension to recruiting actions, the ability to review Team Member metrics, and visibility of stock option details. The Fairsail mobile app is also now available for everyone to download from the Apple App Store on ios devices. PEOPLE SCIENCE & ANALYTICS View your reports directly in WX For some time, Fairsail HCM has enabled HR and executive teams to make more data-driven decisions and obtain stronger people insights, by leveraging the powerful reports and dashboards available within the platform. We are excited to introduce WX reports, which puts data into the hands of your employees in a flexible way. It gives managers and employees access to view reports directly in WX (once they have been created via the HR Manager Portal). Users can be given the access to adjust the visual layout for each report, to suit their personal reporting needs. Access to reports is hierarchical and based on user permissions, which ensures that reports can only be accessed by those who have the appropriate permissions. This means that managers can immediately view insights and answer questions about their team without having to ask HR, or recreate reports from scratch each time. Employees can be given access to reports about their personal employment details. Each report is contained within its own window tile, and you can customise the name, description and labels to suit your needs. WORKFORCE EXPERIENCE Mobile app now available for download We are pleased to share that Fairsail s ios Mobile App is now available for all our customers. The Fairsail mobile app gives your employees instant and ondemand access to the WX selfservice platform in the palm of their hands, with the freedom to view and change their key details, and manage their actions from any device, at any time. The mobile app is now available for general download via the Apple App Store. TALENT ACQUISITION Enhancements to self-service recruiting Self-service recruitment for hiring managers enables your organisation to fill vacancies more quickly and reduce the time and cost to hire. To help hiring managers and other parties involved in the approval of a new vacancy or new hire within your organisation, we have introduced further self-serve capabilities, specifically new actions that will appear in WX and the Actions Digest. Approvers can now confirm vacancies and job offers directly on WX and via the mobile app, which will improve the speed at which organisations can find and hire new people. These actions will also appear in your Actions Digest. PEOPLE MANAGEMENT Delegate access to assistants With WX Delegated Access for Assistants, you can now use Fairsail to allow particular individuals to view and edit WX processes, receive notifications and have the ability to complete actions and approvals on behalf of another. This feature is specifically designed with a high level of accessibility for use by those in assistant roles, such as personal or executive assistants, who are required to manage diary and administration tasks on behalf of executives or senior managers as part of their job. The processes/tasks that are delegated to an assistant role can be specified by those with Administrator access, and the role can be assigned to a person by anybody with HR Manager access. Delegated Access for Assistants is currently available for the Absence and HR Request processes. Further processes will be made available in future releases.

8 PERFORMANCE & TALENT MANAGEMENT Metrics Review; simplified performance management We have introduced Metrics Review to WX. This is a simplified form of a performance review process, where an employee s performance is assessed against a set of predefined measurable indicators (numbers, scales or text/narrative) over a defined period. This provides the manager with confirmed levels of achievement which can be used for comparison with other employees in the same or a similar role. This form of review is typically used for helping to assess performance of repetitive tasks against a set of standardized measures. Users can edit follow-up actions inline, customise the label name for each tab, and access review details directly from completing an action. COMPENSATION, BENEFITS & PAYROLL Introducing stock options to WX Employee stock options can be granted by a company to employees as part of an overall compensation and benefits package. Fairsail enables you to set up, grant and maintain stock options for your employees. With our latest release, all users can now view their stock option details in WX, which will help to reduce the number of queries you receive. Administrators will be able to configure the terminology displayed in WX to suit your organisations need. In addition, by configuring a new field introduced to denote the currency of your equity scheme(s) you are no longer restricted to displaying stock in your default organisational currency Enhancements to Open Enrollment Fairsail HCM integrates your organisation s Open Enrollment process with the benefits section of your profile, providing immediate feedback on costs, access to plan comparisons, full instructions and all supporting forms and documents. This release includes a range of enhancements to support administrators in managing the Open Enrollment process, giving them better visibility of enrolment activity, as well as the ability to manage and track enrolments more easily. A new Benefit Enrollment object stores an employee s benefit related information in one place, offering an alternative to the way in which data is currently located in multiple fields on the employee s Employment Record. Administrators will be able to set start dates for the benefit enrollment and any associated benefit costs, as well as offset both start and effective start dates by days or months. Each benefit plan has a cost table that defines the costs of the plan. The Kon-Tiki release allows you to link the cost table from a benefit plan to any other plan, enabling you to use one benefit plan to set costs for all other plans if desired. There is also more flexibility around the entry and management of beneficiary information. 9 DECEMBER 2016 ARIEL RELEASE SUMMARY SEND ACTION EVENTS MORE RELIABLY, MORE OFTEN VIEW AND ASSESS CANDIDATES MORE EFFICIENTLY STREAMLINED OBJECTIVE-SETTING AND REVIEW Fairsail s Ariel release focuses on platform stabilization and customer feedback. While standard major releases deliver major new features, the Ariel release instead represents a specific dedication to product quality and the voice of the customer. Instead of focusing on major new features, Fairsail focused on customer feedback to deliver enhancement requests and platform improvements. Send Action Events More Reliably, More Often As the central communication hub of Fairsail HCM, action events and the actions digest represent pivotal keystones in an organization s HR automation. Fairsail has now simplified the process to add conditions or filters to these events with a syntax checker which checks if the condition entered is valid before an event ever errors. Even further, Fairsail has also delivered seven new action event triggers in response to customer feedback team member birthday, hire date, and anniversary, skill expiry date, development need review date, objective review date, performance review date. The actions digest has also been enhanced to include internal communication actions View and Assess Candidates More Efficiently In the active applications view on the vacancy page, columns can now be sorted to help recruiters find and bulk assess groups of applicants in a more efficient way. This section has also been paginated to easily scroll through 50 applications at a time. Streamlined Objective-setting and Review Fairsail has introduced new objective weighting functionality in response to customer feedback. Previously, an objective weight could be entered by the manager or team member when the objective was set, but it was not possible to edit this mid-year. As the weighting is often used to calculate an overall objective score to determine an overall performance rating, the ability to modify objective weight is of particular importance. Managers and team members can now change objective weightings for all active objectives in one central screen. If total objective weights go over 100%, the manager receives an action to do this modification. For companies that grant long service leave or similar entitlements that are only applicable for a certain time in an employee s tenure but may be accrued from their start date, new entitlement options allow you to separate accrual and availability. This is typically used to start accruing a type of absence before a team member is able to draw on it. Both start and end dates for the accrual can be offset from the employee s start date. These options include: Extension of carryover expiration to a maximum of 99 months Optional calculation of monetary value for carryover pay-out Toggling of the order that absences are deducted i.e. Carry Over, Time in Lieu, and Accrual Color-coded accrual log for improved display Introduction of additional balance fields on WX i.e. year-end carry over and total available carry over These enhancements will enable customers to further comply with regulations for absence and vacation in Sweden, France, Romania, Poland, and others. In fact, in the Trieste release, Fairsail introduced individual 9-box charts for every member of a manager s team a visual team health-check for each manager. Once again expanding Talent Planning functionality, Fairsail is pleased to introduce a team-wide 9-box grid in WX. Taking scores from an employee s most recent talent plan, the team 9-box grid categorizes employees into one of 9 customizable performance- and potential-driven groups. This then enables managers to make better-informed, data-driven decisions about succession, reward, and development needs. Simple Employee Entry with the Single Page New Hire Screen: The existing new hire screen combines fields on the team member and employment records in one place, making it the easiest place to enter employee details into Fairsail. The enhanced Single Page New Hire screen now allows HR to enter team member, employment, salary, benefits, and absence data on a single page, reducing the number of clicks needed to add a new team member in Fairsail. Organizations can now also specify group-specific fields on the new hire screen, so that HR sees different entry fields for each country or department. Fairsail Mobile App Update: Following the beta release of the ios mobile app as part of the Trieste release, Fairsail is happy to introduce an Android version of the mobile app in beta, available for download in the Google Play Store. The Fairsail mobile app for ios will be moved to GA and be available in the Apple App Store shortly. Check the Customer User Group for further updates. Vacancy Approval Enhancements: Self-service recruiting is an essential part of business efficiency, so that companies fill vacancies more quickly and reduce time and cost to hire. With Fairsail s hiring manager portal, hiring managers can raise new requisitions and submit them through a robust approval process, configurable per vacancy. Previously, approvers could approve via or by clicking through to the back-end of the Recruit system. Approvers will now have actions to approve vacancies directly on WX (similar to the HR request approval process), improving efficiency and therefore the speed at which organizations can fill open positions and begin advertising new roles. Organizations can also now restrict the type of vacancies a hiring manager can copy from when raising a new requisition. WX Reports (pilot program): Workforce visibility has always been a core tenet of Fairsail s value proposition, allowing businesses to fly by instruments and make smarter, data-driven decisions. Both HR and executive teams have harnessed the power of reports and dashboards to glean better insights about their people, but line managers have not enjoyed this advanced level of access until now. Fairsail has developed WX Reports to give line managers and other key/relevant parties in the organization access to reports and charts directly in WX development prioritized based on feedback from customers. Please note that WX Reports is a pilot program. This means that customers must contact Fairsail directly to trial the new functionality and attend a webinar to learn how to configure it. WX Reports will not be supported by Fairsail Support until it is released in full in the next release and there are also several known issues that will be resolved by that time. Seamless payroll transfers with Payflow Fairsail Payflow allows businesses to sync their HRIS data and transmit changes to downstream systems, such as payroll, learning, benefits, ERP and business planning solutions. New hires, terminations, or changes to records are automatically picked up and transmitted to remove the uncertainty of double data-entry and hassle of manual checks. While transfer of country is not technically a termination or new hire, it is still an important change in employee status, with more importance than a simple record change; the employee is likely ending on one payroll and joining a new one. Fairsail Payflow has been enhanced to now allow for seamless payroll transfer, even when the employment status does not change. Future dated job history changes Fairsail is excited to introduce the ability to create future-dated job history changes in just a few simple steps. This functionality enables you to create changes to your employees team member and employment details with an effective date in the future. This is supplementary to HR Requests, which do allow future dating, but require a formal approval process and are meant for managers to perform selfservices changes for their direct reports.
