The company is owner-managed with a combined experience in excess of 100 years in the industry. Lead by Managing Director, Cedric Samuels, the company takes great pride in its ability to offer cost effective and innovative techniques, high safety standards and above all, the ability to address technically challenging, fasttracked projects with outstanding quality. Pinedale is 100% BEE compliant and is currently certified as a level one contributor. We are also a OHSAS and ISO 9001 accredited company ensuring safety,quality and proficiency. Continuous reviews are done and documentation is amended, approved and put into practice to ensure that we as a company meet with current changes in the industry. Pinedale Procurement & Construction will provide our client with a quality product from the beginning to the end of each and every project. We will mobilize our management and use our resources in the most efficient and cost effective manner, to produce projects of the required standard and quality required and go the extra mile to ensure that our clients are always satisfied with our performance. 7 HUMAN RESOURCES Our Human Resource department plays a vital role in selecting appropriate and qualified individuals for respective job designations to ensure that maximum performance and quality may be given to our clients in every project that Pinedale undertakes. All necessary training and assessments are done so that the highest calibre of workmanship can be provided by our company. The Pinedale Human Resource database currently has access to over 1000 skilled personnel in all categories available almost immediately. We currently have a staff compliment of 200 DFL personnel and 50 IFL personnel and are also a BBBEE Level 1 Certified company.
