4 Introduction The Procorre Profit Share initiative is available to all Procorre Consultants and staff. This initiative allows individuals to significantly increase their income. There are two types of Profit Share: Partner and Project. Partner Profit Share All Procorre Consultants have access to our Partner Profit Share, these profits are paid annually following an initial qualifying period and are based on the success of the Procorre Group and its overall profits.* Project Profit Share This is paid to our consultants based on their own individual contribution to Procorre. * Partner Profit Share Qualification Period. This is earned individually and as part of the offer proposal. 2

5 Project Profit Share Whilst the accountancy and legal professions have always valued an incoming partner on his or her client base and potential client fees to be earned, Procorre are the first professional services consultancy, operating outside of these professions, who value their consultants in the same way. We appreciate that an experienced consultant, like yourself, will have expert skills and knowledge, and a network of valued peers and clients. As a recognised consultant within your field and corporate sector, you can open many doors and business opportunities. As with any professional adviser, this information, knowledge and data holds significant value in terms of business development, and is a cornerstone to the on-boarding of a new partner with Procorre. If you operate as a standalone consultant you are restricted by the number of billing hours you can work in a day and further restricted by the number of clients you can deliver to contractually. This time and resource restraint limits your income and ability to develop your client base to its full potential. 3

6 Procorre Partnership At Procorre we carry out an initial evaluation of all incoming consultants upon joining (and the consultant s limited company if appropriate) with a full due diligence completed to assess the true value of the consultant as described earlier, within an agreed qualifying period. Following this assessment an offer may be made to acquire the consultant s Limited Company to complete the consultants integration into the Procorre Partnership. As a Procorre Consultant, and being part of a large global professional services consultancy, you have access to the Procorre business development team, a sophisticated sales and marketing function and over 2,000 consultants around the world. Consider the benefits of a group of consultants pooling together their individual skills, knowledge and client base and putting in place a business development function to maximise prospects to their mutual profit. Procorre have the expertise to develop the client network, provide project services, manage and staff projects and deliver to client requirements. This allows an experienced consultant, like you, to exploit the Procorre client base, the available resource and expand income opportunities via the growth of multiple fee earning projects within Procorre. In practice, whilst you may be directly involved in one project, the clients you introduce, together with your expertise and knowledge, will result in many successful projects being awarded to Procorre and your input is consequently reflected in your profit share. 4

7 How can I grow my Project Profit Share? Introduce project opportunities Procorre has a broad range of professional consultancy services; take advantage of it! If you hear of project opportunities whilst on a client site, discuss it with us immediately. Your Relationship Manager or Talent Delivery Manager is always on hand to secure future business opportunities. Introduce consultants to Procorre vacancies You may have seen s from our Talent Delivery Team asking if you can recommend any consultants for vacancies on Procorre projects (and if you haven t, ask!). Any successful recommendations by you for these vacancies will be a further boost to your Profit Share. 5

8 How can I grow my Project Profit Share? Introduce high-calibre consultants like yourself Our partnership is built on the quality of our consultants and is available to join by invitation only. Your own consultant network, therefore, provides an invaluable opportunity to source and invite new consultants to work with us. There are plenty of ways to kick-start this conversation with potential candidates: Invite them along to the next networking event. There s always one in the pipeline (just ask your Relationship Manager) and it is a great way to introduce new consultants. These events start with a short presentation which gives an overview of Procorre, and there are plenty of Procorre team members on hand to answer any questions. It is always an enjoyable evening as well as a great opportunity for information gathering and network building. Treat your friend to a drink or meal courtesy of Procorre and send us the bill. This is a nice way to open up a conversation, and is exactly the kind of thing that will build your consultant network and business pipeline. Client meeting request Book Procorre into a meeting on your client site so we can explore the client s long term objectives and consider how we might support them. Work with the Procorre Business Development Team You are part of a big company now with a significant depth of skills and knowledge, keep yourself aware of what s happening and work with our Business Development team to ensure you make the most of our client connections. Get involved Procorre have projects all over the world across many different business sectors and skill sets. Utilise the Procorre collaboration software to keep updated on projects and play an active role in contributing to the growth of our company. 7

10 Example Case Studies Case study 1 A head-hunter working on behalf of Procorre identified a senior and experienced consultant within a growth sector. During the initial discussions the consultant quickly grasped the benefits of joining Procorre and the multiple income streams he could build. His project had just started and he was aware that his client needed support on other projects. Procorre worked with the consultant and the end client to deliver a 2.2 million project. Case study 2 An experienced consultant identified that legislation changes in the medical device sector would create high demand. Procorre worked with the individual and developed a go-to-market proposal and trained over 40 consultants. Within six months all 40 consultants were deployed onto client projects, achieving a collective project value of 6 million per year. Both Procorre and the consultant enjoyed a significant profit share from this introduction. All profit share payments are taxable the same as any income.
