Global Mobility WRS Global Mobility team have a wealth of experience in travel and contractor care. We are able to manage all aspects of deployment, care, repatriation and further redeployment. 3 Pre-employment checks We know how important it is for you to ensure that all of your staff have the right certificates and are safe and sound for work. We are experienced in arranging medical examinations, drug tests and conduct thorough background checks on our candidates. What s more, we discuss the nature and environment of the role through with each candidate to ensure that they are totally comfortable with the work they will be doing. All contractors are reference-checked with previous employers prior to any offers being made. Local Compliance Our team ensure candidates are fully informed before making the decision to move forward with any role. We make sure that tax is deducted from our contractors salaries and paid directly to the appropriate tax authorities. We are legally compliant in all of the countries in which we do business, and can also help to advise our clients and contractors where compliance is concerned in many regions. Our global processes ensure consistency, regardless of the location of requirements of your project.

4 Immigration, Visas and Permits The Visa Process Personnel issued starter pack including actions and contact details. Documentation is gathered; additional training, medicals etc. are booked. Visa is collected at the appropriate location. Application forms and documentation are sent to relevant authorities. Any dispensations are accounted for. Medical and Travel Insurances We have in place comprehensive medical and travel insurance policies, saving our clients time and money. WRS offer comprehensive insurance solutions to meet the individual needs of contractors in most eventualities; 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our schemes provide for medivac, medical repatriation, hospitalisation, kidnap and ransom and personal accident. If you need anything else arranging, ask a member of the team. WRS, along with our global network of trusted partners, help our contractors and permanent hires to obtain work permits in order to streamline the mobilisation process. Our Global Mobility team are knowledgeable in terms of migration regulations around the world, and can simplify our clients processes by taking responsibility for certain immigration requirements. Languages We have a diverse and multi-cultural workforce and are able to conduct business in 17 languages including French, Arabic, Danish, Spanish, Punjabi, Cantonese and Mandarin.

5 Travel and Accommodation The WRS Global Mobility team have a wealth of experience in the travel sector. We utilise tools and techniques to ensure that you get the right travel every time. Our relationships in the travel sector ensure that we can secure the optimum service for your needs. We are able to arrange complex international travel itineraries, onward travel from the airport and accommodation to best suit the contractor s and client s needs - usually offering a number of routes and options tailed to their requirements and budget. We are able to arrange fully flexible fares for marine and offshore workers. We partner with trusted and established companies in key territories worldwide to ensure all local requirements are fulfilled. For contractors entering difficult or potentially dangerous regions, it is comforting to know that someone can pick them up at the airport and escort them to their accommodation. We provide meet and greet services for those working in difficult regions, and assignment support via our Global Mobility team.

6 Safety and Security Contractor safety is our number one concern. It s no secret that the Engineering industries often operate in challenging environments - we all know that things can go wrong, so operating in remote and developing regions calls for a level of safety and a security net for contracted or permanent staff and their families. Where necessary we can arrange familiarisation tours and a higher level of travel security within insecure regions. We have developed 4 promises to our clients and contractors to ensure contractor safety at all times. Create: We ensure that the framework is there to create safe conditions for deployment, keeping in mind that all locations, projects and deployments come with unique challenges. Advise: we provide destination specific safety advice for all placed contractors, both permanent and contract Consult: We work alongside the client to ensure all safety requirements are fulfilled and to help risk-assess a project, if needed Secure: Co-ordination and provision for security services where necessary Emergency Response Our Medical Insurance means we are capable of arranging medical evacuation in a time-sensistive way, even within remote and difficult geographical regions.

7 Contractor Care We understand that it can be a big step moving to another country or even continent for work, whether you re there for just a short contract or you are uprooting your family across the globe. We want our contractors transition to be smooth - that s why we provide them with a personalised team. This personal, professional service helps contractors to ease into the local lifestyle safe in the knowledge that the important things have been taken care of we provide flights, visas and settling-in services, but more than that we pride ourselves on our personalised service level. Pre-deployment: We make sure contractors are totally happy and ready to travel and begin work, with all visas and certificated taken care of. We can help to arrange local accommodation and, if travelling with family, can help to find schooling and other arrangements for any dependants. During your deployment: We operate a 24 hour emergency phone service which means that no matter what happens, we are here for support. Repatriation: At the end of deployment, WRS will ensure that contractors have the necessary documents and travel arrangements to ensure a safe and easy return to their home country. Finance & Payroll When you outsource your contracted staff, one of the most important things is to ensure they are payrolled reliably and accurately. This allows you to create efficiencies by not having to worry about paying in a number of different currencies with international tax requirements. Understandably, contractors don t appreciate late or incorrect payment - that s why we pay them, on time, every time.
