Throughout the year Esys seeks feedback on different subjects such as Causal for a Cause and Just for Fun events to ensure Esys is staying on track with the growth of the Esys family and their needs. MENTORSHIP/TRAINING/REVIEWS At Esys we encourage our teammates to continually learn and grow! Coaching and teaching are part of our company fabric. Third party training classes, as well as, internal mentorship arrangements are encouraged. In addition to yearly reviews, each teammate has close communication with their manager on a regular basis to ensure goals are met and feedback is given. We find this to be extremely beneficial in making sure each employee receives the guidance, coaching, and direction to meet their personal goals. Employee reviews allow each employee to sit down with their manager to discuss their performance, goals, and opportunities for growth for the year to come. Internal and third party surveys are also conducted to help the team leaders throughout the company recognize and address any opportunities that might arise during the year. LET S WORK TOGETHER. COMMUNICATION Esys operates under an open book management style. To compliment this style, Esys publishes quarterly newsletters to ensure that all teammates are working towards the same company goals and to keep them informed of company endeavors. The newsletter highlights the progress of each department, introduces new teammates, as well as, contains useful links, quick contacts, upcoming events, past events, and any other pertinent information. In addition, Esys holds quarterly company meetings. Each quarterly meeting has a different focus: Q1 New Year Strategy, Goals, and Tactics Q2 Customer Satisfaction and Employee Feedback Q3 Year-to-Date Accomplishments Q4 Financial Results and Jack Flasch Award
