6 Some Lessons Learned Not everything you hear today will be new but most of it bears repeating. The hard work starts after you leave here. Good governance isn t one size fits all. Simply knowing one s board responsibilities doesn t make one a great board member. Great boards can t be created ONLY by getting the right people on the bus. 6
