13 «THE BIZ ROLE-PLAY ACADEMY»: BEYOND TRAINING The Biz Role-Play Academy is the Gruppo Strazzeri Division which offer a unique type of knowledge transfer s activity that requires from the participants to carry out, for a limited period of time, the role of actors, that is to represent some roles in the interaction between them. Practically it is a representation, but not improvised and almost theatrical of one scene, as it happens in the normal role-play but, in our case, absolutely truthful and actually conducted in the company, applied to a real sector of the business (from which the prefix "Biz").

21 ISO Anti-Bribery Management Systems ISO is the international standard designed to help organizations implement an anti-bribery management system. It specifies a series of measures an organization can implement to help prevent, detect and address bribery (ISO provides a guideline to compliance and ISO provides a guideline to risk assessment).
