While an experienced project manager may personally bring several of these core competencies to the project, the project team as a whole, should possess most, if not all, of the competencies presented. On the course you will learn to understand project management competency development framework, project management knowledge and core performance competencies and personal competency of the project manager when leading and managing the project in terms of attitudes, personality characteristics to achieve the project objectives and effectively and efficiently managing the project constraints and stakeholders.
