51 Chapter 039- Seattle Board Member Visibility Status - STP Situation: Few visuals during board meetings. Lack of central documentation of events, activities, team status. Board meeting minutes tend to focus only on events no future improvement opportunities Target: Document SME status and activities in one central location. Better utilize webex: Make the meeting visual and interactive. Assist note taker with record of events, dates, issues, etc. Proposal: Have each team update a standard Status and opportunities chart one (1) week prior to Board meeting Status chart would capture existing information as well as changes. Charter, after update, must be added to the server under each board monthly meeting folder ( i.e. MyBox/Meeting Agenda and Minutes/2007 April ) Chair will Hyperlink each board member charter to Board Meeting Agenda.
