3 Case for Change Public sector spending accounts for around one third of global (GDP) it s big business! Public money is critical for financing infrastructure, good educational opportunities and effective health and welfare etc It is helping to create the conditions for wealth creation and paves the way for the success of this and future generations.

Increased demand for relevant frameworks, tools and techniques to plan, forecast, manage risks, track and report performance.
