19 Next Steps to Get Involved Connect Buy-in and Capacity Inspire If you re interested in getting more involved with the schools in your area, reach out to Marshall, Kristin, or Gene to talk specifics Build a consortia of employers to address a common problem Identify your organization s Champions, come up with some ideas about what you can offer - guest speakers, tours, or more - and get your leadership s buy-in Create a profile on Inspire to be visible to schools Work with Marshall or schoolbased staff to arrange events Hire students as interns or youth apprentices
