1 Established 1984, Chapter 0238 is Celebrating 33 years in 2017 CHAPTER NEWS March 8, Breakfast Meeting 7:30 am 9:30am Feather Sound Country Club Investigative Interviewing - Finding the Truth Behind the Lies will be presented by Jenni Stone, partner at HR Shield. Are you wondering if the job applicant sitting across from you is telling the truth? During an interview, there are endless opportunities for candidates to exaggerate their qualifications, rationalize gaps in their resumes, or fabricate reasons for leaving their former positions. Unfortunately, credit reports and reference checks will not disclose all you need to know about an interviewee. Without discovering the truth at the point of interview, a company can stand to lose not only thousands of dollars in training, HR and relocation expenses, but also its reputation. Please note Breakfast Meeting Policy All attendees, including Premier Members, are required to register for our chapter meeting by close of business the Friday prior to the breakfast meeting. Likewise, Breakfast fees paid in advance cannot be refunded unless cancellation is received by that date. Please contact Hospitality@SuncoastHR.org with questions.
