4 Requirements for Targets and Goals Qualifications and Ownership In order for 90-Day Targets and 30-Day Goals to be effective and actionable, there are certain requirements for how they re created and the owners assigned to them. Each 90-Day Target and 30-Day Goal must have: - Outcome is there a clear outcome that everyone on the team understands - Accountability does each person understand what they are doing and is there a directly responsible individual for each target and goal? - Transparency does everyone understand how progress will be measured, and how the team and the project owner is judging success? The Directly Responsible Individual for each Target and Goal is responsible for: - Keeping records of weekly milestones - Reporting weekly progress - Creating and reporting measurement - Letting the team know about constraints and where support is needed

Reflect on where you won and were able to truly move forward. This should feel like a celebration and recognition for your accomplishments. This is where you identify and remove constraint. List out the areas where you were uncomfortable for the week, or where you may need additional support to move forward. Listing out these items is an important step in the process of offloading where you re uncomfortable and asking for support.

Consider areas where you feel stretched with your cash, time, effort, energy or focus. #3 - TO DO Only after setting your intention and identifying items to offload, make your list of to-do items for the day. #4 - TOP 3 With the perspective of your intention, items to offload and to-do list, you can confidently identify your Top 3 priorities. Accomplishing these will make you feel like you won the day.
