2 Primary purpose for this position The primary purpose of this position is to provide design services and marketing support for all activities within the marketing team and across the organisation. Working closely with members of the marketing team, this role is primarily responsible for supporting the marketing function in the effective and timely execution of all print and online marketing and communications activities. The positon is also a brand ambassador for AHRI ensuring all print and online assets positively reflect the brand. Key responsibilities and duties Key responsibilities Duties Key performance indicators Design Art direction, conceptualisation, management and execution of design projects All design work will be completed to a from briefs to initial concepts through to finished artwork of materials and collateral for AHRI s products and services, including the creation of digital and print materials such as: high standard using contemporary design principles and aligned to the AHRI master brand and sub-brands - Flyers, brochure, booklets (where appropriate). - Print advertisements - Online assets including advertisements - Social media assets - Reports (annual report, research reports, etc) - Wireframing (via Indesign / Photoshop) of edms templates and websites - Event collateral, signage and screen content.

3 Key responsibilities Duties Key performance indicators Brand Management Assume the co-responsibility as brand ambassador for AHRI alongside the Manager, Marketing and Brand. Champion the brand with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure that all print and online assets positively reflect the AHRI brand. Advise internal and external stakeholders on the AHRI brand guidelines and ensure the guidelines are adhered to. Marketing support Support the marketing team with the planning and execution of event marketing plans including print, online, multimedia and signage assets. Upload content and images to AHRI s websites using the content management system as required. Coordinate event photographers and video content producers at AHRI events (ie briefing, develop run sheets, onsite coordination, etc). Attend AHRI events where appropriate and support the Communications Coordinator with social media content (ie supplying images). Coordinate AHRI photoshoots. Work closely with the Web Development team to ensure online assets are onbrand. All event print, online and multimedia assets will be delivered on time, on brand and within budget. Deadlines for marketing assets will be met. Content and images loaded on the AHRI websites will be on brand and on time. Quality content (photography and video) will be produced at AHRI events. Project management Budget management Manage project timelines and ongoing deadlines for marketing assets. All projects and assets will be delivered on time as per project timelines. Set and track budgets for graphic design assets in coordination with the Marketing Coordinators. Ensure costs across all suppliers and vendors are within the set budgets. Internal and external relationships Maintain effective business relationships with: - Suppliers including multimedia producers, photographers, video content producers, printers, creative agencies, etc - Marketing team Gain active cooperation of the marketing team and other AHRI project teams. Essential skills, qualifications and experience Skills / qualification Requirement (5 = Advanced skills, 3 = intermediate skills, 1 = moderate skills) 5+ years graphic design experience 5 Experience with the suite of Adobe design programs, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop 5 Experience with the delivery of print and online design assets from start to end, within tight timeframes 5 Understanding of different marketing channels (online, print, social,etc) and their use 3 Developing wireframes for websites and edms, and working with web developers 3 Experience with updating online content and images via CMS 3 Experience with coordinating event photographers and video content producers at AHRI events (ie briefing, develop run sheets, onsite coordination, etc). 2 Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders 4 Good project management skills with a strong attention to detail 4
