Applications will be retained on file for 90 days. Flexible Positions work 0-29 hours on average, but may work 0-40 hours per week determined by the needs of the business. POSITION BARTENDER ANNOUCEMENT NO.: FLEXIBLE POSITIONS AVAILABLE DESCRIPTION Provides customer service by mixing & serving alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks. Receives and records payments, cleans & stocks Other duties as assigned. PAY RATE (hrly) $11.01 / TO SCALE PAY GRADE NA BOWLING MANAGER ANNOUCEMENT NO.: FULL-TIME 1 st Closing: 11/24/2017; 2 nd Closing: Until Filled Responsible for operation of Bowling Center, equipment maintenance and repair, and facilities, snack bar, and/or pro shop. Oversees operation of pro shop and direct the conduct of bowling lessons. Responsible for acting on internal and patron problems with minimal adverse impact on functional programs. Plans, organizes work and manages internal resources to ensure maximum productivity and economies. Prepares financial plan, budgets, inventories, cost controls, and related records and reports. Reviews the financial status of the assigned activity and recommends changes considered necessary. Either directly or indirectly through subordinate supervisors, manages activity employees. FOOD SERVICE WORKER ANNOUCEMENT NO.: FRONT DESK ASSOCIATE ANNOUCEMENT NO.: OPEN CONTINUE or UNTIL FILLED MAINTENANCE HELPER (GROUNDS) ANNOUCEMENT NO.: HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICE Prepares grilled sandwiches. Uses fryer for French fries and fried sandwiches. Cuts meats and prepares sandwiches. Prepares salads. Prepares coffee and tea for serving. Stocks and readies grill area for preparing food. Janitorial includes vacuuming, cleaning, emptying garbage containers and additional items as needed. May operate cash register and make associated reports when collecting payment for meals. Performs other duties as assigned. Provides exceptional customer service to assist guests either by phone or in person. Utilizes the Property Management System (PMS) to retrieve reservation information to initiate, change, cancel, register, or confirm guest reservations. Verifies information, secures a credit card for incidental expenses. Accepts payments for room charges and authorizes credit card for room charges. Prepares bank close reports and deposits cash receipts at the end of each shift in accordance with established procedures. This position executes maintenance-related tasks requiring the use of skills associated with a variety of trades: plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Carpentry, and Painting. Instructs individuals and groups in the proper implementation and maintenance of conditioning and training programs for aerobic fitness, muscular fitness, body composition, and flexibility training. Conducts micro-fit testing, which includes measuring individuals aerobic capacities, their body fat percentage, recommended height/weight ratios, strength, flexibility, muscular endurance and blood pressure. Works with various command representatives in developing and implementing physical fitness programs for military personnel. Instructs patrons in the proper use of all equipment for training and self-monitored progress by preparing written instruction and procedures for the performance of work, use of equipment, safety and wellbeing of all involved. May train/lead other employees in various recreation/physical fitness-related positions. Registers students, collects fees, maintains attendance and appropriate accounting records. Ensure all safety measures are observed. Responsible for care of equipment and security of facilities. Performs other related duties as assigned. Must possess or obtain within six (6) months from date of hire and maintain a Certified Instructor/Trainer Certification from one of the following organizations: American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM); Cooer Institute; American Council on Exercise (ACE); Aerobic and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). Must possess and maintain a certified Group Exercise Instructor (GEI) certificate from one of the following organizations: American Council of Exercise (ACE) or Aerobic and Fitness Association of America (AFAA); Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Instructor certificate and First Aid Instructor certificate.
