2 Milestone Rewards Canadian Employees celebrating a company milestone year or retiring, can choose to have the value of their Milestone Award gift donated to the registered Canadian charitable organization of their choice. This option is outlined in the package of information sent to the Milestone Award recipient.

3 Guidelines This reward is available to Canadian employees only 3

4 Step 1: Select option to donate Milestone Reward Canadian employees who will be celebrating a milestone year or retiring will receive an invitation from O.C. Tanner 45 days prior to the employee s milestone anniversary Once the donation amount is confirmed by SEF, you will receive an from SEF that the donation has been deposited in your My Rewards account in SunCares. Follow information provided by O.C. Tanner to access the Milestone Service & Retirement Awards website where you will have the option to choose a gift award or have a donation made on your behalf by the Suncor Energy Foundation (SEF). If you choose to have SEF make a donation on your behalf, you will be contacted by SEF via within 3 4 weeks with instructions for next steps. 4

5 Step 2: Sign into your SunCares account from inside the Suncor network Go to SunCares on The Core and click Access SunCares First time login: Select your sharing settings. This information will be shared with the organization you make a donation. Read the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy before checking the acknowledgment box. Create a unique password Submit to be directed to SunCares 5

6 Step 2: Sign into your SunCares account from inside the Suncor network Future login: You will be directed to your Dashboard where you can update your profile, explore featured giving and volunteer opportunities and view your engagement history 6

7 Step 2: Sign into your SunCares account from outside the Suncor network Follow the link to the SunCares login page* Enter your 8-digit employee ID number to login. If your ID number is not 8-digits please add the corresponding zeros at the beginning (1384 would become ). Click Sign In *You are now leaving The Core/ and being redirected to By continuing on to you hereby acknowledge that any collection, use or disclosure of your personal information is governed by the Benevity, Inc. 8 Step 3: Select Make a Donation Along the main navigation tab, select Make a Donation 8

9 Step 4: Select Explore Causes Along the main navigation tab, select Explore Causes From this page, you can browse featured content or search for a particular organization in the Find a Cause search bar. 9

10 Step 5: Select organization Select your desired organization from the search results by clicking DONATE NOW 10

11 Step 6: Complete request form Once you have chosen an organization, you will need to complete the donation request form Enter the amount of dollars you would like to donate to the organization. You can choose to donate your Milestone Rewards to multiple organizations Select One-time donation frequency Under privacy settings you can choose what personal information is shared with the organization receiving your donation. Select Next: Confirm Donation 11

12 Step 7: Review and submit request form Review your donation request to ensure all information is correct. Select Submit Donation 12
