The company was founded by management professionals who collectively, have a vast amount of experience, having worked at senior executive levels in recognized leading global consulting firms such as Accenture, Andersen Business Consulting and KPMG Consulting. 7 PRIVATE SECTOR Two Roads personnel were involved in the development of strategic management plans and business cases for key strategic initiatives at this National retailer. The outcomes were to ensure that management was aligned and equipped to ensure realisation of the corporate strategy. Led the team involved in the Change Management and Communications component of OMSA s role definition programme that involved all employees linked to the South African operation. Assisted the organisation in redefining its business strategy and operations that led to it being awarded the contract for SA s national team, the Springboks. 8 LEADERSHIP Dr. Andre Botha MBChB (UCT) Dip.Obs (SA) MBA (UCT) Mr Kingsley Duba BSc(Acc) (Livingstone College - USA) Dip. Investments Analysis & Portfolio Management (Unisa) Kingsley Duba is the Director of Two Roads, he is also principal partner and consultant at Mokoena Consulting Hut where he was a project director of various multi-disciplinary projects in the Health, Transport and Information Technology sector. He was part of the team that was appointed to review the Limpopo Growth and Development Strategy. Kingsley is also the co-author of the Limpopo in Motion, a strategy document that focused on road, rail and air transport in Limpopo. Mr.Duba was previously a lecturer of strategic planning & management at University of the North s Graduate School of Leadership. He also served on the advisory council of the University s Graduate school. He has served as a director and board member of Polokwane International Airport, Limpopo Road Agency and Small Enterprise Development Agency. He was also the chairman of the finance and procurement committee of both the entities. He is currently a board member of Gauteng Enterprise Propeller. Kingsley is a member of the institute of internal auditors and holds a Bachelor of science in Accounting. Dr Botha gained experience in global consultancies Accenture, Andersen and KPMG Consulting involved in business case development in the private sector and the development and implementation of public sector improvement initiatives. His capabilities include Strategic management and leadership within large organisations. Driving and communicating strategies and transformation initiatives, and managing projects that require strategic analysis, organisational restructuring and change management across many public and private sector entities. Dr Botha worked at SAFCOL, responsible for the improvement and drafting of Supply Chain Management (SCM) policies, process and procedures Gauteng Department of Infrastructure Development (GDID): Managed the team responsible for the improvement, drafting and roll-out of Supply Chain Management (SCM) policies, Bid Committee Charters, process and procedures for the Department. He also worked as a Programme Manager of the roll-out of an enterprise-wide Provincial Health Information System across 41 hospitals in Limpopo. Transaction Advisor Project Manager for Limpopo Province s Geographical Information. System (GIS) public private partnership (PPP). Project management of a multi-disciplinary engagement that examined the feasibility of a Municipal Institutional Support Centre (MISC) for the Gauteng Provincial Government.
