Trnsfers From OrAgencies. When n employee trnsfers from nor federl gency, trnscript must be requested detiling hours in py sttus in prior fiscl yer nd militry leve used In current fiscl yer. These hours re sent to Pyroll Processing, Egn ASC, nd re used in ddition to hours on AA0935P4 report to determine hours to be dvnced. d. Noncreer Employees.
