5 On-line Application Form - tips Typical outline Contains mostly your CV information Usually 3-5 extra questions to answer Use formula when answering (intro, action, result) Time consuming allow up to 2 hours per application Print off and read before submitting get someone else to proof read Spell check! Example in booklet

6 EY Application Process 2011 Step 1 On-line application form Upload your CV Academic requirements 2.1 Honours in any Discipline 425 points minimum. Need at least an A in lower Leaving Cert Maths/C in Higher Maths, C in Higher level English Extra questions How do you support others in a team situation? Do you seek out challenges to stretch yourself? Why can other people rely on you?

13 Assessment Centre survival guide Top tips Show evidence of being a team player Fully commit to the tasks you are set don t take a back seat Express your own views clearly and concisely Encourage participation from quieter candidates Be adaptable in your thinking If someone doesn t go your way, forget about it & move on quickly Remain positive, team oriented and focused on the task Avoid Interrupting others Taking over the discussion Dismissing opposing points of view in a negative or aggressive way Being unable to compromise see other s viewpoints
