6 An Engine for Growth Matsotso is the Managing Director of the Group and a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in assurance, corporate governance, corporate finance and restructuring of businesses in distress. Matsotso also serves on a number of boards and audit committees and has an enviable track record of achievement with entities such as IDC, Transnet, KPMG, SAA and more.
