17 Qualifications that work for everyone We offer the UK s broadest portfolio of leadership, management, coaching and mentoring qualifications and specialist vocational qualifications. With hundreds of regulated qualification units to choose from, you can create a bespoke programme for every growing leader to complete in a way that works for them. Tailored to fit perfectly All qualifications can be custom-built to suit a specific role, industry or organisation. Each one is split into bite-sized learning chunks, giving managers the freedom to study at a pace that they re comfortable with. Options for all Our qualifications begin at Level 2 (ideal for team leaders) and go up to Level 7 (more suitable for senior executives). At most levels you have the choice of three sizes of qualification, award, certificate or diploma. Learners can choose to complete one unit at a time, take a full qualification in one go, or gradually progress to larger or higher level qualifications. 17
