9 Brattleboro Retreat Leadership Development Process Transformational Leadership Core Skills: All leaders at the Retreat will participate in the key learning events with members of the Executive Leadership Team acting as Subject Matter Experts (SME) to facilitate and teach these sessions. This is a multi-year process to ensure continuity. Partnership with Linkage, Inc. will supply Coaches and Trainers as needed.
