We want to bring the knowledge of the RP sector and associated expertise of the sectors development processes to the private sector and we want to bring our expertise in sales and renting to the RPs. 7 PRINCIPAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (For information purposes only) 1. Position Director 2. Reports to Charles Holland, Lead Director of Residential Developments and Investments 3. Remuneration/ salary Competitive up to 100k basic, dependent on qualifications, experience and degree of flexibility of hoursrequired in the role 4. Location The office base is New Oxford Street 5. Benefits A competitive base salary will be paid based on experience, up to 100k may be available for the right candidate. An uncapped bonus is applicable based on the revenues of the team. Expected earnings could be in the region of 175k if the targets are met.
