We do this through the provision of innovative housing finance solutions. More importantly, we do this through our core strength our people. Position Purpose: This position is responsible for delivering IT systems related Business Analysis to facilitate the implementation of new and improved business systems. Systems enhancement activities will contribute to achieving integrated whole of business solutions and the transition from bespoke to off the shelf solutions. Analyse and improve HomeStart business processes Link requirements to testing and ensure delivered solutions advance business operations Monitor all relevant operational costs to ensure proper budgetary controls are exercised and budget variances are proactively managed and accounted for. Create and maintain conditions for effective relations with relevant external organizations, customers and vendors where appropriate. Lead customers to a better undersanding, and more effective use, of technology based systems. Other Requirements Essential criteria At least 5 years of experience in IS, preferably with experience in a similar role in another organisation with a medium to high level of IS maturity. At least a Bachelor level qualification in computer science Extensive experience with and knowledge of, the theories, principles and practices of IT business analysis. Demonstrated experience with business process re-engineering, workflow analysis, rules analysis, impact analysis, data models, use case modelling. Understanding of software testing processes. Proven ability to analyse and resolve problems, recommending effective solutions.

5 Special conditions May be required to act in higher level positions, or assume additional accountability, as and when required. Flexibility in working across business units as required. May be required to work reasonable overtime with notice. Some out of hours, weekend work and intrastate/interstate travel may be required.
