Specialized in Engineering and Project Management services through their knowledge and relations within North Sea markets, ProDeSer has an extensive experience which is completed perfectly with IMRA Group s long successful Recruitment & Personnel Management services within the oil & gas industry. Currently, our personnel and project services are delivered world-wide to more than 30 countries from the offices located in Romania and Norway.

5 Engineering & Project Management Our Engineering and Management services cover all stages from inception to completion of a project. Taking into account the clients' facilities, we will deliver engineering projects and qualified personnel from the early stages of project development to construction, commissioning and operations. All the engineers provided by our Recruitment and Staffing services have relevant education from recognised universities and/or other international high competence. Training, Project & Engineering Facilities In order to make smart decisions for our clients, we take care of all Romanian requirements to facilitate the outsourcing services in Romania. Our services cover any need from total packages for infrastructure, personnel, legal and tax services, accommodations and more. Through our extended network in Romania including the partnership with Universities in Constanta and Bucharest, we can build any engineering solutions that line-up with our customer's needs, such as training programs, studies or perform separate engineering projects.

6 Crew Management & Crew Manning Depending on the nature of your project and required services, we can come-up with either complete particularized Crew Management solutions for your units or we can provide general crew manning & recruitment services. Since 1994, the IMRA Group has become a reference name within the specialized Crew Management & Recruitment Services provided for prestigious offshore and onshore companies that had world-wide operations. Surveying Services Today, the JV has already a team of more than 20 offshore surveyors working for the clients in North Sea, West Africa and Mexican Gulf. With an intensive education and training program under the direct coordination of Fugro Survey AS, these fresh graduate maritime officers and geodesy engineers were educated in a professional way to become offshore surveyors. This pilot project represents a great success of cooperation between JV, the client and the Universities from Constanta and Bucharest. We are intending to develop this project further with the ROV personnel and processing facilities.
