2 About me Ravindra Ojha often called either as Ravi or Ojha. Born in the holy city of Allahabad, India on 8 th July My MBTI (Myer Briggs Type Indicator) personality inventory is ENFJ. Led the GDI growth journey by creating three World-class plants in a span of just 5 years (2007 to 2012). Recognised for the creation of the Technology audit system for the value chain at Eicher in Rewarded for the contribution (speed, technical depth & result) in Capacity Expansion Project at Eicher in Four Best technical paper from IIIE, Mumbai and Emerald publications, UK in 1986, 1988, 2015 and Australian Govt. Scholarship in M. Engg in AIT Bangkok, Awarded Merit scholarship in B Tech in REC Warangal, Gold medallist (best outgoing student) of NIT Warangal in An outstanding sportsman / athlete in the school & college days.
